I bid on a box lot of clothing that was supposed to be childrens/juniors shelf-pull clothing. When the box came it was Friday. I saw the items Monday. They were definately NOT shelf-pulls. The clothing was stained/no tags. Some had tags and were new. (3 pair of pants)
The clothing was size 12 and 16 ladies. The shoes had rust stains on them from being wet. I sent a dispute to liquidation and sent them pictures of the defective items. I never got a response. I called liquidation and asked what was happening.
She stated they never received the dispute. She gave me an email site (www.disputephotos@liquidation.com) and told me to resend the dispute as well as send the pictures to the above mentioned site. I did so immediately. It has been 4 days now and I have heard nothing.

After contacting liquidation.com several times and seemingly getting the run around I received a letter in the mail that we won the dispute and we could send the box lot back. They were sending labels for UPS via email. The email I received was in gif format. I could not open it. I called them. They sent me the correct format labels so I could print them out and I am taking the box to UPS to send back today!
