I placed and order with Liquidation.com for several hundred pairs of denim jeans on Feb, 14th 2007. My PayPal account was billed $545.55. This order was cancelled several days after by Liquidation.com due to supplier not being able to fullfill order. I assumed being the order was cancelled I would recieve a refund to my PayPal account which I did not recieve. On May,2nd 2007 I recieved notice they could ship my order and I agreed being I still wanted the jeans. At this point I was billed again for the same product at the same price on a different credit card. At this point I have been billed $1091.11 for an order that should cost $545.55.

Unfortunatly I didnt catch the billing error in time to file a dispute with PayPal so i went directly to the source. I first submitted a verbal explanation of what happend, gave order number, shipment number and CC numder details and this is the response I recieved: "Thank you for contacting us. We have looked at this transaction and it appears that you did received the product and this transaction has been completed for a number of days. Transaction 804840 was cancelled in error. We then created transaction 815005 in which the items were shipped and signed for with someone by the last name of Moss on 2-28." I then replied with the following: "I'm sorry but that is incorrect. I have two separate credit cards with the same charge on them with no credit to either card or my PayPal account. I find this very disturbing that this can happen. Me and my wife have both been laid off recently and this is hitting us very hard. I must request support documentation that a credit was given. I find it hard to be optimistic you have anything that supports your claim being I have contacted PayPal and they have no record of a credit given nor does either credit card company. I am eagerly awaiting the resolution to this matter." From the day I sent the last e-mail I have recieved no reply or support documentation regarding this matter. I even went to the trouble of scanning all support documents (both CC charges scanned, and my paypal history print-out) I have that without a doubt prove they owe me a credit of $545.55 and still no communication.

Please help me,

Mike
