Have received approval for Mortgage Modification.  Rec'd "trial Period payment".  Tried to make payment on phone.  First call placed on hold, never answered.  Second call, waited too long, got an agent, took information, Name, Acct#, Address, transferred call to another agent.  Answered, she said she had five calls on hold and could she call me back.  Took my name and phone #.  Never called back!

Call only number on the notice of receiving loan mod.  ONE NUMBER.  Called again on March 31st.  Answered, recorded message.  Says automatic pay line is active 24/7.  Called ended with call back during regular business hours.  

During process to obtain "loan modification" was harassed, turned over to different agents, agents ignorant, didn't know anything, were angry, mulish, difficult, mean, crass, vulgar.  VERY DIFFICULT and not willing to work with you.  Requested documents over and over!  Had to be persistent and direct and call over and over about the same issue.  NOT COOPERATIVE!  Liars and thieves is what Green Tree employees are and the company too.
