I subscribed to their lead service. To date I have been sent 56 leads at 4.99 per lead. They apparently send these leads to numerous brokers. One lady I spoke to today said she had already gotten 10 calls and hung up. I have a print out of a description of their services and it shows they only send the lead to 4-8 brokers. I have had people tell me they have received as many as 18-20 calls.
I have already been charged over $300.00 and not been able to obtain one loan. If you could close any loans it would pay to stay with the company but it seems the only one making money is them. I think the government needs to step in and control all these lead companies. They needs to give them some stiff guide lines to follow.

I was going to go thru a logical response to this complaint as to why this customer might have had this experience (often one broker who gets a lead will call several times before a slower to respond broker gets around to their first call - hence the "I already got 10 calls!") but then I noticed something funny. This complaint is almost an exact copy of the only other complaint we had some years ago. They even went so far as to copy and paste some of the text in the title by mistake.
Whether this is a competitor or someone with a grudge of some kind it's too bad that they are abusing using this venue for "authentic" bad business practices.
