I subscribed to their lead service. To date I have been sent 76 leads at 7.99 per lead. They apparently send these leads to numerous brokers. One lady I spoke to today said she had already gotten 10 calls and hung up. I have a print out of a discription of their services and it shows they only send the lead to 4-8 brokers. I have had people tell me they have recieved as many as 18-20 calls. They do not verify their informaion so quite often the phone number is wrong or the e-mail is wrong.

I have already been charged over $550.00 and not been able to obtain one loan. If you could close any loans it would pay to stay with the company but it seems the only one making money is them. I think the government needs to step in and control all these lead companies. They needs to give them some stiff guide lines to follow.

Thank you,

I hope someone else doesn't get involved in the same mess

Complaint is fraudulent itself

AUTHOR: Christopher - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2008

As a follow-up to a previous rebuttal it appears that someone has just been cut and pasting the same complaint over and over again verbatim. I doubt at this point that this is an actual past customer of ours but rather someone just looking to slander.

Program Doesn't Work For Everyone

AUTHOR: Christopher - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 13, 2006

As the person who is directly responsible for generating all our mortgage leads I can only say they work for some and not for others. All our leads are run thru a data scrubbing to confirm phone numbers with names and then are manually called by our in-house call center but some bad ones do get thru. We have a very good return policy but we do follow up on returns to make sure they are legitimate.

As for multiple calls, brokers need to be aware that consumers often complete a request with multiple companies such as ours at once. Or they may have completed our mortgage quote request along with for example a real estate agent request. We also often find that if a broker is several hours late in responding to our leads, several other brokers may have already called 3 to 4 times each to contact the consumer (as stated we sell leads anywhere from 2 - 8 times).

We have been in business since 1999 and have hundreds of clients who know how to make money from our leads. As the complaint stated, at our prices just one successful close can pay for a hundred of our leads. Loanbright - 880 330-3330
