I generally do not take to the internet to put a company's faults on display as I understand that sometimes things happen that are unfortunate and in noone's control. This company however, has No positive reviews from anyone yet Amazon still chooses to use their services causing customers to have less faith in the delivery of Amazon's promises. I am going to post this everywhere I can until Amazon pulls their agreement with this company. It's unfair that their name is being tarnished because of these imbosols. My biggest issue is the dishonesty. Blantant, disrespectful lies.
EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED Amazon customer here. I ordered electronics from Amazon and had the same day delivery option as well. I paid $300 for this item and was excited to have the option of getting it the same day. My daughter stayed in the living room on the sofa waiting as the site said the expected delivery time. No package. LSO's site shows that the package was delivered. LFD. LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR!!??? Who does that??!! no signature required? No "sorry we missed you" note and customer service phone number for re-delivery or pick up? I called and the rep said "sometimes our drivers will say that it was delivered but they haven't delivered it yet" WHAT!!???
Look lady you people are playing with my money! Amazon says, "we can send you 2 items replaced but the third you have to reorder (more money out of pocket) and then we will credit your loss (which will take approx a week) and overnight the item. " i figured that was about as good as it gets. Then she says, I have ordered the 2 items the ETA is 2-3 weeks from today. I have to wait until they are in stock again!!!! WTF!!?? Call me pissed... LSO site still shows delivered, and they have done their part. As long as Amazon logs it and shows its delivered they have gotten their money and on to screw the next victim.
I could respect a response from the customer service dept at LSO "I apologize but it seems we have lost your package." Or "unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay" Even if the delay was some lazy azz driver that didn't want to do his job today. But for me to call and be told, sometimes our drivers mark the logs like that but it's not really true!? Now you make everyone look bad. You look bad for being dumb. Amazon looks bad for doing business with you. I look bad because your site shows delivered so when I call Amazon, they may assume I'm lying and trying to run a scam. My goal is to aid in breaking this companies ties to Amazon. I shopo there often and don't EVER want to have to depend on them to deliver to me EVER again.

We reached out to Ms. Mendenhall after we saw this post and had thoroughly researched the issues at hand. A member of our Management Team ended up having a pleasant and productive 20 minute phone conversation with her on Saturday, July 16th. Unfortunately the package, though delivered, had been delivered to the wrong address, which sometimes happens - LSO delivers tens of thousands of packages a day, and sometimes a few, regrettably, get mis-delivered. We strive for and achieve a 99% on-time delivery rate.
After we explained to Ms. Mendenhall what had happened, she understood that “mistakes happen”. As for the issue with customer service, we have now installed new protocols in order to prevent something like this from happening again. Amazon has reordered her items as well.
This was a learning experience for us, as we were able to rectify issues in our system. LSO strives to provide responsive, flexible and friendly service at every step of the delivery process - our customers and their experiences are very important to us.
