If you place an order on Amazon, live in the Nashville, TN area and think you will get same day delivery for your purchase, you are out of luck. They continue to use Lone Star Overnight for reasons unknown. Your package will NOT be delivered when promised. You can expect to get a notification that it was delivered, but they LIE. Others have had packages THROWN at their houses, walks and driveways.

Had this happen to me twice. Complaints to Amazon might get your shipping cost refunded, but it won't get your package to you. My same day delivery will now be THIRD day delivery, IF it arrives at all.

The first package LSO failed to deliver resulted in a text from Amazon saying that it would be delayed. Original schedule said by 9:00pm same day. The text about the delay said it would be delivered by 8:00 that same day. The notice arrived at 9:30pm. Does LSO have a time machine? Hello?

If you look up LSO on Amazon's forum, you will find LOTS of complaints...all with the same issues. There are a few compliments, but I would not be surprised to find they come from LSO itself posing as customers.
