Allow me to begin by saying that my original complaint was written from a place of deep frustration from what I later learned was misplaced anger directed at the agency, when in fact, the agency was busy working behind the scenes to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which they have now accomplished. In my anger, I called the company a scam and truthfully, that is not accurate. In fact, the agency reached out to me and explained to me more clearly exactly what had occurred with the paperwork I was requesting, which was a copy of the original donor profile that my wife and I had used 10 years earlier to select the donor to assist us in our family planning. An employee, that has since been terminated specifically for this failure, had misguided her employer in what she had told them she had done. Once Deana became aware of the details of the situation, she investigated, resolved, and FIXED the problem immediately. I now am happy to report that I have a beautiful color copy of the donors profile, which I understand had to be recreated from archived data stored offsite in a data repository, not simply pulled from a drawer and sent to me. I consider this situation resolved to my satisfaction and I am pleased to say that I now feel as though I can once again wholeheartedly recommend this agency to other families who are seeking the services of an agency. Once I became aware of what all was involved in the efforts to supply to me the profile, I feel that Loving Donation went above and beyond what was required of them and specifically that Deana DeGroot herself went to extraordinary ends to provide me with the original profile. In hindsight, I regret having said the things I said about her, and I welcomed the opportunity to apoligize here to her. Deana has shown me that she really does care about her clients, even ones from a decade ago! Deana, Thank You for your concern and quick follow up in resolving this very important issue for me! The agency reached out to me and explained what had occurred with the paperwork.  An employee that is no longer involved with the agency misguided the employer in what she had told her she had done.  Once they became aware, they investigated, resolved and FIXED the issue immediately.

I now have the paerwork I requested and the situation has been resolved top my satisfaction. I am as please with their action and results as I was 10 years ago with the offspring produced through the egg donor. Thank you for the concern and quick follow up to resolve this matter.
