007Storm AT EBAY .... NOW SUPERSELER4399 PURCHASED FROM E-BAY USING PAYPAL. I purchased a sureveillance 16 Camera DVR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM. I had a problem and contacted the seller, which ended up being Light in the Box. I was instructed to return the DVR. I havr a USPS Delivery confirmation in January, this year.
I sent a registered, personal signature confirmation to Stone Bridge, with a return receipt, requesting a replacement or refund. To date, All requests are ignored. These products are from China, and the operators of this busness are thieves. At this point, someone should take care of them and eliminate future problems.

Light in the Box is definately not a great company. I bought a DVR security system from the 007Storm eBay account and it hardly lasted a year. You would expect something as important as a security system to last longer than that. But it wasn't too cheap either. the day I got it i should have returned it, it didn't work without some tech support. i bought another system from Amazon for about twice the price and it worked fine!!!
