luminous advance skin care, youth now advertised for small amount turned around billed enormous amount can't find website now Internet

I ordered the skin cream for $5.95 for a trial offer and then I recieved the eye cream from Belle Epoque also. I figured I just forgot I ordered that. I didn't even receive an invoice in the box telling me what I was charged for. That should have given me a clue right there. The next thing I know, my bank statement has a $99.01 charge from Youthnow! I immediately called the number on our bank account and this guy tells me I have to pay, even though my bank caught it and stopped payment on it, or I'll be put in collections. I told him it was fraud and I would be making a complaint! I asked for the website which he gave me but I can't get to it. It's a total fraud and the product is crap. All I can find on the internet is fraud alerts for this product.
