Luminous Advance Skin Care Ripoff...free trial charged $98.01 after 14 days

I ordered the Free Trial of Luminous Skincare and immediately noticed the addition of Belle Epock for an additional price.  I called to make sure I only received the first product.  I checked if I would need to do anything else to make sure I didn't get charged for anything else.  The representative told me that that was all and I was fine.  No mention of 14 day trial.  I am 71 years old and my eyes are not the best.  I asked what I needed to do to not be charged more.  "nothing' is what I was told.  Today, I noticed a charge for $98.71 taken from my checking account.  

I called and was told that that was the charge for the product that I now own.  I was to have called within 14 days to cancel the account.  I offered to send it back and was told that I now own the product.  I asked to speak to Eric's supervisor and was told that he was the supervisor.  I asked to speak to his manager and was told that there was no one.  I then told him I was going to write to AARP and tell the fraud and also on Face book.  He offered me a 35% refund.  I told him that that was just unacceptable.  He offered 50% refund and I told him I would still report.  He then offered me a 75% refund and I took it.  I figured I would have purchased the product for $21 anyway.  Now I will wait to see if the refund shows up.
