luxman trading concepts has stated in their contract, after six months without a gross profit one half of the $5000 fee will be refunded ( I know some were charge $6000)and then after the seventh month the balance of the fee will be refunded.


My six month period ended May 1, 2009 after many many phone calls and letters I received zero money. The manager James Kennedy continues to lie to me. The company's answer to the Better Business Bureau was that on June 23, 2009 I refuse to talk to the company representative and give him my address. On June 23, 2009 I was talking to James Kennedy and he promised to get me the money soon.

The lies that James Kennedy has told will fill the balance of this sheet. He said the Better Business Bureau's rating of luxman trading could not be higher than a C+ if the company did not belong to Better Business Bureau. Not true, a company could receive an a rating.

As of this date they have an f rating. A rating they richly deserve.
