Luxurious Skin/Luxurious Eyes Total scam. Advertised that cancellation could be within 14 days and not be billed . I have cancellation confirmation emails confirming cancellation within that 14 day period and they are not going to return the $99.96 and $99.94 that I have been billed. San Diego California

 Cancelled continued shipments of the product t within the 14 days allotted in the terms and conditions. I have confirmed cancellation notices dated within the 14 days limit but am still being billed on my credit card for $99,96 and $99.94. I have called both numbers listed for customer service. They seem to connect to call center in India. Deny that I have the cancellation emails. Deny any refund. Argumentative and rude.

Luxurious Skin, Luxurious eyes, Dynamic Caralluma, Fabulous Fors A to return two sets of the product and ask for an RMA on the products I haven't even received yet but was billed. They are only allowing the return of one set, the one I haven't receive yet and that set must be returned in 10 days. When I asked to cancel the person on the phone asked me if I'd like to continue for 50% discount, when I said no he asked if I would for 75%. I still cancelled. Fulfillment center: San Diego Internet

I did not order both products and luxurious eyes bottle was leaking when I received it in the mail. I called and they said they would not refund money because I did not cancel within the time frame. They took out money before the trial end date. did not find Internet
