If you decide to book with these guys I suggest you make absolutely sure your stay is confirmed as soon as possible.
Here's my story:
I purchased a voucher for their services. They are a broker, so they don't actually own the properties and instead leverage their relationships to make a booking on your behalf, then they take a cut for their services.
My stay was booked months in advance (supposedly), but I dropped the ball and never made sure to confirm and get the tel# of the resort until the week before my stay. When I did try to confirm and get the info the rep was evasive and unresponsive.
Finally, one day before the trip, I received an email stating that there was a "mistake" and they actually haven't worked with that particular property for 6 months. I scrambled to find a backup option, which cost $500 more than I had initially paid and wasn't as nice as the initial property I "booked".
Now, I'm trying to get my money back, however they again are unresponsive. Fortunately I paid by credit card and have a claim open with the credit card company which will be resolved in 45 days if they don't respond.
Beware of these broker jokers!!!

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare.
My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud.
I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:
