M & T Appliance Promised a service and warranty but couldn't deliver after taking money. New Braunfels Texas

Mike was called to fix my Maytag Plus. Had to replace the cooling processor for the whole refrigerator. He explained they go out about 8 yrs and not to replace the refrigerator but get the part replaced. Cost $325.

Was called a week later and a part of our freezer that released ice was faulty. Another $225.

Supposedly all parts are under warranty.

2mos later the processor goes out. I called Mike to tell him and he said it shouldn't have happened, must just be a bad 'board'. Told me to buy dry ice until he get could there first thing in the morning.

Not only did he NEVER show up, he wouldn't return my calls. I called thru-out the day and explained I had already paid $30 for dry ice and needed more to give me a courtesy call. NOTHING!

Had to call another service repair. I now have way too much money in the old refrig and would have been better off purchasing a new one not to mention what I spent in dry ice until I could get a repair person out to my home.

After all this, it is believed there wasn't a new part put in my refrigerator which meant there wasn't ANY warranty on the part. Explains why he has ignored my calls. He wasn't going to invest in anything where he wasn't going to make a profit. What a scam!!!!! I was told by the other company, Mike has a long line of customers with the same complaint.

Mike Usher is a fraud, liar, and coward and should be put out of business.
