MAGAZINE NETWORK sent magiznes to my 97 year old Mom charged her Mast. card 199.99 1st installment Internet

My Mother is 97 Years old. She was sent a bill for $199.99 1st. installment for magazines she did not order. 
The bill for the magiznes then appeared on her Aug 1st--Sept 1st 2011 Citi Bank Master Card invoice.

My Son in Law calledthe Magazine Exchange and told them to cancel her order, they said they would, and I confirmed same with Citi Bank card services.    

This week of Sept 20th. my Mother received a telephone call from a rep. from Magazine Exchange. She was told by the rep. she was not allowed to cancel the magazine order, she replyed it was allready done and to please not call her again. The rep. told my mom " she was not a nice woman" and then proceeded to tell her to " go to hell Helen" and hung up on her.

I tried to call the company and report the Salesman for his un professional conduct. However the number has been changed and now unpublished.

My Mothers number is also unpublished and she has no idea where they go her number or her Citi Bank information. She has now been issued a new card from Citi and a new MC number so they can not charge her account again.
