Magazine Solutions Corp Magazine Network Harrassment, keeps calling under various names and numbers to add more years to subscriptions and threatens to send to collections. Coral Springs, Florida

This company calls every few weeks, or months and uses various numbers, sometimes 800 numbers, sometimes regular and sometimes private numbers.  They give you their first name and try to give you a special rate to renew your subscription.  Every time I realize that it is similar to another transaction, and start to catch on, they hang up on me.  I never get the  opportunity to finish my conversation with them, since they hang up before I find my receipts etc. from my magazine subscription renewal.  I started to realize that there were several companies that were indeed the same company.

One time I accused them of being a different company and they actually said that it was not them, that the other compny was a "scam" company!  I checked, and indeed, the are the same.  I believe there are other company names associates with this company also. 

The last call I had was from a private number and when I asked to be removed from their calling list, the man became very upset with me.  I told him they had been harassing me, and he claimed that it was another company. I tried to explain, but he just kept screaming at me and said that instead of doing business with me he would send me to collections for a tune of $49.00.

I  called the actual publisher for Women's Health Magazine to clear up my subscription history since I was so confused.  I actually am paid up til 2016 because of these scams.  I hope this site can help me.  I am not having much luck with the BBB.  Thank you.
