Any and all claims against this company are due to the criminal activity of Alejandro Juan Rodriguez aka ALEX. He is currently being investigated by Nassau County District Attorney on various counts: 1) Grand Larceny, 2) Domestic Violence 3) Cruelty to animals I too am a victim of his unethical business dealings. However, prior to shooting off my mouth I did some investigating of my own. Seems he has done this in a few states. Maria is only guilty of being naive. VERY NAIVE ! I have never met her nor do any of my documents have her name on them, only "Alex" , she was merely a figurehead if you will. In good faith, she lent her new husband her name and credit to start a business with no clue of who she was involved with.

Seems he couldn't open any business's with all of the back support he owes in FL. No doubt his new business has a different owner. After speaking with DA, vendors and clients, it seems as though he was pocketing an exorbitant amount of money that was to be used to complete outstanding contracts. Once she discovered his unethical dealings and was a victim of this man, she filed for divorce. Apparently he is a "Man Scorned" who cannot accept being rejected and has taken to disparaging and harassing her with every outlet at his disposal. I can only assume at this juncture she is selling everything she owns to pay for a divorce, can't say I blame her.

I have been able to confirm he has opened a new company in North Carolina.  Who can you say that it is a LIE! Did you dissolve your company under Maikowski in January? Why did you open another one after that in Rodriguez? I have spoken to Home Advisors. I have verified that they have called you numerous times and you don’t answer them either. Why is it you only respond to any of us now? Because I had to hire a lawyer and an investigator to find you. And now that everyone knows who you are you are upset! I’m the one out the money!!!!!! Money that you used to buy all your fancy bags and shoes that you sold or selling on "Poshmart”. Yes people! She takes our money then buys lavish shoes. Nice bags and then sells them for pennies. Who does that? You must have a lot of money to sit there and sell them so cheap and unused. What are you talking about a quiete life. Is that why you have stripper heels on your site also for sale. You are a low class person. And now you have been exposed for what you are

 How can you actually have the face to say you are a victim? Who owns this company? Who took the money into there business account? My payment was to your company. I did business with Empire. It’s not my fault or anyone else that you failed us (your customers). You received our money! WHERE IS IT! WHY DON’T ANSWER A PHONE! Because you rather hide. The same way you took down your picture on Poshmart. But that’s okay Ms Maikowski. Google your name and your images are there! And they will always be there. And I am going to get my money back. Believe that I will!

I cannot believe that you did such a horrible act and report me on this site. I am just as much a victim as you, if not more. As you know and as i have explained to you over the phone in tears, i had nothing to do with your work/job/or any business whatsoever. The culprit here is Alejandro Rodriguez a/k/a "Alex" and I provided you with all the information needed to prove to you that I never had anything to do with his business and you know that is true. Unfortunately, i was naive when i married him and provided him with my name and credit to start HIS business. AND THATS ALL.I have never had any interaction with the business or any customer until Alejandro abandoned all the jobs HE was working on and that's when he gave all my information out to the customers and he continued to lie to you while i tried to help you...why would you do this? 

Your frustration is more than valid, but for you to do this to me is WRONG. I helped you.....I AM NOT A FRAUD, A SCAMMER , A CON ARTIST OR A LIAR....i've led a quiet, simple life until I met Alex and that's when it all became a mess and WE BOTH became his victims....but for you to write this report about me is an OUTRIGHT lie and to give out my information is an act just as disgusting as his. I really hope you take a moment and realize what you are doing to me is WRONG, CRUEL and undeserved. The real con-artist is ALEJANDRO and that's the one you should be focused on.
