I purchased a rolling chassie from Mark Evans/ Diablo chop shop. They took my $6,200 dollars and sent me a frame,tank, wheels and rear fender. Misssing a springer front end, tires, handle bars, kick stand. He want to trade parts and I wanted no part of that deal, I wanted what I paided for my money back.
