Diablo Chop Shop, Mark Evans is a conman and stole my frame and sold it!! Sarasota Florida

We bought a custom chopper from Mark/Diablo in 2007 and spend around $30000 on it.All the initial dealing was through Kierre Smith and everything ran smoothly.In this time of spending a lot at them I asked if I can also ship another frame to them for safe keeping.They said it's fine and I shipped it to them.Never any mention off storage or charges.

After a real struggle to get my Diablo chopper from them completed once Mark has taken over was a real struggle.He never returns phonecalls and handles his customers poorly!He still owes me missing parts and has never sorted it out.What annoys me is he has gone and sold the frame without my permission and he said he send me an email to remove it.He sent the email from another address and not a diablo adress so it ended up in spam!But one email sent for me spending all that money in his shop.you would think he would have the decency to just call me once and discuss.

I can't now get my frame back,and he says i owe him storage money as he has a sign that says it.But I am in South Africa,how must I read the sign??He refuses to sort this out.He also sold my frame without the original MSO(which is in my possesion)Please be warned against him.He will rip you off!!!!
