I saw an advertisement on the internet for Nite Trim. A weight loss pill that you can take at night. This is great because I would rather take my medicine at night. Got my free 30 day supply and was charged only the postage as promised.

A few days later I noticed they had charged my account for $50 ish and I assumed I would be getting another 30 days supply. Nothing! I started contacting the company and boy talk about a run around. They are really good and have gone to a lot of effort to scam people.

I registered with them so I could "communicate" with them but what I got was kick backs saying my user id and password were not correct. I then marked the place where it says "forgot my password" and clicked on it. I actually did get a response with my user name and password - which happened to be the same one I had been entering and they told me it was incorrect.

I "replied" to that e-mail asking the question where is my product and got it back via "Mail Daemon" .

I am presently working with my bank for a credit and they are being most helpful. I am sending them web pages, copies of rejected e-mails etc to help plead my case.

I promise I will look at Ripoff Report before I ever do anything like that again!

I too am in the same boat. I called to cancel on the 20th day. I got a voicemessage that said contact the website for further assistant. I did, they never responded. 4 days later I emailed them again to cancel me, they never responded. I then received a charge on my bank statement for 57ish as well, but I received another bottle. I tried calling again and finally got a live person seems as if it the same person, she cancelled me, gave me a return authorization # to return my bottle who gave me an incorrect mailing address, I sent it that very day 2 day air, someone signed for it and called 3 days later after I received my tracking verification that it has been received. They said we have not received it. I told her I would call back at a later time. 2 days later some guy (shame on me for the one time I did not write a name down) called to say that he did not see my product but said that he would go ahead and refund me, I requested for him to send it to my work since there I would know if it came or not. I called back about one week later and this time the inbound customer service rep told me that I had the wrong address and she asked me where I got that from. I let her know that I got it from a different rep. She told me that they would never do that and that the address that I sent it to was an incorrect address that they have no idea whose address that is. Hey I thought that the customers were always right....I am very disappointed with this company. I order things online all the time but have never had an issue like I am having now.
