Mary Jane Elliot Predator RIPOFF Novi Michigan

This so called attorney has ganished my wages at the tune of over $800 a month on a what was originally a $2000 dollar debt. This leech has been taking my tax returns for over 3 years and I guess she felt she could get more money by going after my wages. How the debt has increased every year is a mystery to me.

I am looking for advice as to how to get this blood sucker off my back. A year ago we tried to settle with her and the person (that's being kind)on the other end refused. He stated in broken english to my wife "we will get you". This was said in the office of a credit counselor that was trying to assist us.

Since then we have been sending minimal payments to at least let them know our intentions were to try and remove the debt. To my surprise, with out notice my paycheck was over $400 dollars short. Amazingly I received a letter from her office thanking me for my previous payment and asking me to call to settle the balance. This is after they garnished my wages!

I don't remember any court notices or summons being served to me. How can they just take your money without any notice? This has caused tremendous hardships on my family. I have a 12 year old daughter and 15 month old twin boys. Please advise!!!
