I received a letter from Mason Grace Enterprises a few days ago offering an "incredible work from home option" it offered several different levels of payment for letter stuffing $10 any envelope, I have always been suspicious of things too good to be true, so I was sceptical to begin with, after reading the letter to its entirety, Several issues stood out:

  1. There is only a mailing address, no phone, no fax, no web address, just an address to send pmt to.
  2. The mailing address is for NY, NY but the postmark is PA.
  3. Contradictory phrases (i.e. send mail straight from your home, and just send the filled envelops back to us after you have completed your asignment.
  4. The offered pay is so outrageously lucretive that there is no way that a company could proffit paying this amount of money for some letters to be sent.

After doing research, I and finding no online information about the company, then I search the address for the pmt to be sent to and it comes back as a virtual business hub, "Regus" of course I know that they can not be blamed they are as much a victim as any one else that is drawn in by these individuals.

I call a corporate number that I found on the website and they gave me the local Manhattan number for the business hub that is being used. I call them and they say that they have no contact information in which to reach this company, which I do believe that this is a bit rediculous that they can say that they do in fact have a business relationship. But they either do not have information on the company which should be a huge red flag that a company gives you no way of contacting them, or that they cant give out something as simple as a contact number. Until the laws change that force companies to know who it is that they are dealing with and to be more friendly to those seeking information on such a company can get it without a court order then there is not much that can be done about that now.

The one thing that upsets me so much about these scam and con artists is that there isnt much help for you most officers that you talk to after you get scammed take your statement but the only follow up or action that seems to be taken is that they inform you "maybe you should have done more research."

However I did not actually send Mason Grace Enterprises any money due to the fact that it seemed fishy all the way around, so I can not actually say that they are in fact running a scam, but from the information that I have collected, I see no other explanaton. But all that I can do is present my information forward and hope that it saves someone else from being drawn in by these predators.

***UPDATE Y'ALL REGARDING THESE LOSERS***

AUTHOR: dubbautee - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 16, 2015

Will make it short and sweet:

The power of written exposure with respect to exposing scammers, scam artists and con artists on outlets such as Ripoff.com is a wonderful thang ain't it y'all, because guess what? The so-called Mason Grace Ent. money mailing program website has been SHUT DOWN!! Check it out for yourselves:

www.moneymailerprogram.com

The pathetic, simple-minded creeps number 619-760-0570 is even disconnected.

Everybody pat themselves on the back for exposing these simpletons in the aiding of shutting their operational scheme down. But don't be fooled, they only probably have created an entire new legit-looking website and phone number. That said, make no mistake about it - if and when they send me the scam crap again to my home I will re-expose their asses once again.

Be blessed everyone!

P.S. Never be victimized nor scammed.

POSTED: Friday, September 04, 2015

Hello all, I have been reading through all the positings on the site and they seem combative to me. I believe the whole point of conversations like this is to express concerns, see those concerns from the other person's point of view, and although you may not agree at least come to an understand.

Some of these posts concern me because belittling, name calling and being mean are not what I would have expected to read from a number of adults. That being said I am going to try to post something different.

Roger, I was ready through a bunch of postings that had confusion around tracking of the mail pieces. I couldn't tell if you could tell or couldn't tell if your employees had sent them out or not and that seemed to cause some frustration.

Eventually you clarify that indeed your company can track the letters. The clarity helps to relieve the frustration but then you add to the confusion by call it a trade secret and go onto give a couple condecending hints.

I wasen't really sure what the point is. But I see no reason for you to hide your trade secret, after all if you are not a scam then why not be open and honest? After all, if I am correct every envelop has a barcode on it. Inside that barcode information is kept that allows tracking of that mail piece. When it is sent through the Post Office that barcode is scanned and an electronic record is kept. This record is a daily/weekly whatever your preferences and it lists all the mail pieces that have come through during the time period.

Further, instead of arguing about if your company is  a scam or not, you could have the Attorney General review your companies business practices. That way it doesn't matter if someone else makes the request or sets a fradulent business practice class action suit in motion.

I think if the posts are respectful, appropriate and professional this site could be an asset to your company.

Respectfully,

Kellie

Update Mason Grace Ent. Now Balboa Mailing Company!

AUTHOR: dubbautee - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, August 08, 2015

First and foremost people, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the name "Mason Grace" is fictitious. Come on now people whom were supposedly born with five senses that He above gave all of us. It didn't take this scam artist slash con artist no time to come up with the name "Mason Grace." Why? Because it is derived from the singer Macy Grace...if you don't know her, look her up for your own edification. Being that as it may, this scammer "Richard" that every one is alluding to on this thread is now going by the name "George Taylor" with a so-called office in San Diego, California - address is within a so-called suite now, which is Suite 800; but the full address is Balboa Mailing Company, 501 W. Broadway, Ste. 800, San Diego, CA 92101. Google.com/maps is a WONDERFUL thang, ain't it? I Google-mapped it and you'll see a huge glass building of City National Bank - I'm certain it is comprised of a helluva lot of suites, and one knows that suites aren't that expensive to rent monthly.

That said, here is the as-always phone number with a recording on it - not a live person whatsoever. Oh and to mention, it will as per usual say, and this is just to paraphrase "due to overwhelming responses, we can't"...blah, blah, blah. You know where I'm going with that. But the recording number is: 619-760-0570. The so-called contact email address is: info@moneymailerprogram.com. The so-called website now is: www.moneymailerprogram.com. I'm talking so professionally created until it will have the highest IQ'ed individual fooled. They've even incorporated poor little ole PayPal in it as their payment processor.

So in conclusion, I did just received a very-well printed scamming letter today as I literally type this report/rebuttal on here. And word to the wise, always, I mean ALWAYS conduct your own research, put two-and-two together; don't be a victim of various scams being spinned, regenerated and rehashed by con artists like the "Richard"-character who is now "George Taylor" by issuing out willingly or vulnerably your hard-earned money to these stonecold heartless, pathetic waste of human skin that need to be caught, locked up and the key thrown in the Chatahoochie or Hudson River for scamming innocent people.

Take care everyone and always be viligent.

First of all, how can we be sure this "program" works when we NEVER got anything back from Mason Grace after sending them the initial sign up fee?????? I just recently tried, sent money and have yet to HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE, no mail, no booklets....NOTHING!! So when your calling people names saying their dumb, I'd look in the mirror if I where you.

So, when I called the main office of this building Mason grace supposedly has an office at, how come they say they have never heard of Mason grace???

Here we go again

AUTHOR: dwill - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, April 19, 2015

You knew they would be back if they didn't get shut down.  I see Mark has come back and now Ben.  Ben called me some nasty names before on this very thread last September.  Seems our Mason Grace friends don't like it when somebody starts nosing around asking uncomfortable questions.  Where have you guys been since last October, you kind of dropped off the face of the earth.  Still waiting on Richard. Hey Richard, where's my refund you promised me last year.

Anyway, Let's look at Ben's comment and how ridiculous it is.  It seems sensible at first, that is if you don't have any history of the Mason Grace nonsense technique.  Let's have a closer examination of his comments -

Ben - How do any of us out here in the internet world know that you are a "real" customer.  You make it sound that if you have a complaint you couldn't possibly be a "real" customer.  As if the business Mason Grace(or whatever name they're going under these days) is so on the level and reputable.  Envelope stuffing is a crock.  Ask the FTC, ask the USPS, ask any consumer advocate group.  So Ben prove to all of us you are a "real" customer and not just an employee or a shill, a wolf in sheep's clothing so to speak.  Come on prove it to us.

Ben - you say there is unjustified defamation here.  How is it unjustified when EVERY single mailing that goes out from Mason Grace looking for new customers is exactly, yes exactly, the same as from a business shut down for using fraudulent business practices in late 2013 in NJ.  How it is unjustified? How?  All your comment proves is that you are willing to profit from a scam and you see nothing wrong with it since you are a "real" customer.

As I've written on here before, if you are looking into getting involved with Mason Grace Enterprises or is it Mason Grace Ventures or maybe even Java Enterprises or whatever their name is this week, don't bother. You will regret it no matter what Ben says.  They are a BS company in the BS business of envelope stuffing. It isn't just a coincidence that if you type in "Mason Grace" into a search engine the autocomplete fills in "scam" right after it.

Also one last thing - I'm still waiting for an answer for all those questions I asked previously on this thread from last September.  You know, questions like this -

When did Mason Grace open for business?

Who is the owner?

Why do they continue using advertisements PROVEN to be deceptive and fraudulent?

... and many more.

Ben - maybe you could answer the questions after proving you are a "real" customer.

Program going well for me

AUTHOR: Ben Coburn - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, April 19, 2015

As Ive said before, the complaints on here never seem to be from real customers. Why is that allowed? Mason is an honest company who pays me as promised. Many times I get paid during weeks Ive done no work at all. The residual effects are a nice bonus. Sites like this need to start demanding that anyone who complains prove that they used the product. If someone cannot prove theyve used it, yet they complain, you shouldnt listen to a word they say.

The amount of unjustified defamation on here is obscene. I use both the Group 5 and booklet programs, and both have done well. Communication with the company has also been very good throughout

I signed up with them, and at first things were great, but now I can't get in touch with them regarding a small question. Does anyone have a phone number for them that works? I fear that they went out of business, especially since their website design and logo is ancient looking. Please help someone! Thank you!

If this was real, you would not be soooo defensive and mean. You would show some proof and kindly guide of the nay sayers into the real world of Mason. Post of photo of these beautiful offices, a copy of a check with your name on it, tell us what the franchise consists of. Educate us, don't just get angry and throw insults. What about BBB in NYC

AUTHOR: Mary - ()

POSTED: Friday, January 09, 2015

Admittedly you are not registered, or whatever, with the NYC BBB but they have received more than 1,000 complaints about your company. Also, what are you really selling? It's like a crazy deja vu. You have people send the letter I received in the mail, so that I will sign up to send this SAME letter to more people...this SAME letter keeps getting mailed out but there is nothing behind it! It is a brilliant scam I will admit that! All these people sending the same letter to more people who send out (if they keep signing up that is) the same letter to more people. Wow....

I really want to thank EVERY poster on this thread. My wife and I just received the opportunity letter from this company and I decided to do some research before dropping money into this business. Again, THANKS to all as I will not be taken by this!

I can see just who is legitimate and who isn't by the postings! Pretty obvious. Would any of the people defending Mason Grace care to post one of their "Pay checks" please as I'd like to see just how much you can make!

You are asking for personal information from the people attacking you please post something so I know you are legit before I throw your letter in the garbage!

OH and hurling insults will not get me to sign up for your "business" opportunity.

#83 Consumer Suggestion

Wow. What a load...

AUTHOR: dfhawk - ()

POSTED: Friday, October 31, 2014

I received this letter in the mail the other day and decided to do some due diligence before sending any money. I got involved with another program like this years ago, and it worked just the way Dwill has described it. I wanted to see if Mason Grace was just another one of the same scams.

I've read every word on this page, and am astounded. Dwill has repeatedly raised some of the exact questions I'd like answered, and Richard, Elle and others, whether shills or not, have failed to adequately answer the questions. The Mason Grace website also does not provide adequate answers. All I have seen is childish back and forth insults. If you're actually doing well with this program, good for you. I wish you well, but I am leaning toward Dwill's side. At this writing, I am not going to risk my hard earned cash on being duped by another scam. I want to know exact costs in the beginning, and ongoing, so I can do a ROI analysis. I don't mind investing in new business, but there has to be a break even point where it becomes profitable. I need sufficient information to calculate exactly when that will be.

I will offer some points of note for both sides, since I am associated with neither. I have been involved in direct mail for 15 years and do well with it. I looked at this as perhaps a complimentary adjunct to my existing business. So far, I don't feel the reputation or (lack of) answers live up to my quality standards. A good rate of return in the direct mail industry is 1.5 - 2% on average. A warm market will produce better, but not by leaps and bounds.

A web domain registered through domainsbyproxy should not be alarming. They are a cloaking service offered to domain name registrants who wish to remain anonymous. Most businesses use them, or services like them. I do, because I don't want the proverbial 4:00 am phone call.

I've been a past member of the Better Business Bureau, but have dropped the membership a few years ago. I paid annual dues for 10 years, and all they told me was how many inquiries were made about my business. That information is useless to a business owner, because it is not tied to statistical performance. In other words, one cannot derive how much money is made or lost by inquiries alone. While my business never had to deal with complaints, the BBB has no power to adjudicate disputes. They simply register what is said by each party and push for a resolution. Again, they have no power to force any settlements. What I have found is that they just post what they're told by both sides. They have no vested interest in settlement either way, so there's not much reason to post lies. Any lies posted have to come from one of the disputing parties.

That said, I found it interesting that at http://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-reviews/work-at-home-companies/mason-grace-enterprises-in-new-york-ny-147782  it says "The first notice about the advertising concerns sent to Mason Grace was acknowledged by Richard Charlton, Director, but his response failed to provide clarification or substantiation of issues. To date, Metro NY BBB has not received a response from the company to the second notice sent to Mason Grace". Gee, Richard, could this be you? Many companies have people who wear many hats.

Dwill, I hope you paid for your Mason Grace "franchise" with a check. You are absolutely correct that there is a disclosure form required to be given to prospective franchisees from the franchisor. You've listed correct resources for that information. I noted that Richard and the others ignored your question about that. I assure you that the Federal Trade Commission would not. See https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1

The reason I hope you paid with a check is that the reverse of that processed check would give you Mason Grace's banking information - the bank where the check was cashed and their account number. You could take that information to your bank's fraud unit. The fraud unit could also help you if you used their banking credit card.

All the major credit card issuers have fraud units. You could also talk to the United States Postal Service, who has a federal investigative law enforcement agency to prosecute mail fraud at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactus/filecomplaint.aspx. Lastly, you should contact your state's Attorney General at http://www.naag.org/current-attorneys-general.php.

These three entities (banks, USPS and AG) are well accustomed to working together to protect consumers. At some point, someone is the owner of this company's banking. If it is a corporation, they would have needed to supply Articles of Incorporation and an EIN to open their banking relationship. An individual would have needed a SS number. All of this is trackable by the agencies mentioned.

In the meantime, I'm going to sit back and watch this thread. I'm anxious to see the results. As a prospective "franchisee", I feel I have the right to answers. I think I'd be crazy to get involved without having all my questions answered. I expect to get blasted by Richard, Elle and crew, but I'd rather they re-read Dwills' questions and provide direct answers. The questions are laid out clearly enough in a list 1., 2., 3., and so on, so I'm not repeating them.

If the questions cannot be answered in a manner as directly as they have been asked, then Mason Grace doesn't have the integrity I'm looking for. If I get blasted with insults, then so be it, I'll know that the company and it's representatives don't have the professionalism I'm looking for either. Thank you.

Why does MGE mail their packages to their customers from Pottstown, PA?

AUTHOR: Rich - ()

POSTED: Friday, October 24, 2014

Go to the Business Consumer Alliance Website and read the complaints. For two of them, MGE supplies USPO tracking numbers proving that the scam fliers were sent to the mark and actually received. They were mailed from Pottstown PA, about 110 miles and over 2 hours from NYC. Why is that? If that is a MGE distribution center, why aren't the order forms designed to have the orders mailed to there rather than to a virtual office in a NYC office building. I guess MGE doesn't want the public to know that they operate out of somone's home.

Thank you Dwill

AUTHOR: Mud on My Face - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, October 07, 2014

Hi Dwill,

Thank you for all your responses. It was crystal clear to me how you asked specific questions and Richard (or whatever his name is) never gives one single response to a direct question. It’s all insults all the time.

I do have to say I can now sit back and relax because my Paypal dispute with Richard was finally settled this last week IN MY FAVOR!!! Took several months, but they finally ruled. How legitimate must he feel now? The waste of space.

I will continue to monitor the Rip Off Report when Richard is finally chased off his current company name and is forced to open up shop under a new name. By that time, I’m sure he’ll get around to shilling in my name and I will be there to stick it to him when he does. Until then, I can wash my hands of his constant threats of lawsuits and whatnot.

Which, by the way, folks, is exactly why he keeps harping on dwill posting his name and address. He’s not interested in finding out whether he was a past customer, he’s interested in looking him up so he can hurl lawsuit threats at him OFF the record. That’s what he does and he fairly good at it. I mean, what else has he got to do all day? He’s making a living off of stolen money, so all he has to do all day is sit back and watch fraudulently solicited money roll in and surf the internet putting up fake sites and making fake posts. Talk about a loser. His parents must be proud.

Also, I’ll reiterate what I said in my essay…notice that all the shills keep making not only the same insults, but the SAME grammatical errors. THEY’RE ALL THE SAME PERSON!!!!

Oh, has anyone put 2 and 2 together: MGE = Maxwell Gates or MGE = Mason Grace...? Interesting, huh?

Why can't I have an answer

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Monday, September 29, 2014

You would think they would know by now we're onto the formula.  First call us names.  Then insist since we won't give our real names we have no point to make, which is ridiculous.  Then claim we're not users of the program, so that means we have no point to make(I already lost $99)

The formula is all part of the con game.  Try and pull the wool over others eyes to try and keep the cash cow going until the wheels fall off.

Hey Clark, (Oh I mean Richard) I'm just a dumbass asking simple everyday questions about the fraudulent company you work for.  You know, questions any legitimate company could answer in a dignified manner.

ANSWER THE QUESTIONS.

When did the company begin

Where did it begin

Who is the owner

Why does your program include proven deceptive advertisements

And on and on and on, see the previous posts for the rest........

ANSWER THE QUESTIONS

Dumb complaints from even dumber people

AUTHOR: Clark Feener - ()

POSTED: Monday, September 29, 2014

Isnt is funny how everyone who uses Masons stuff properly is perfectly happy with it, and yet every complaint is from some clown with too much free time on their hands and no direct experience with it?

The fact is the products from Mason Grace are great.

I agree with Richard

I am always looking for a reputable company that has the credentials and are ethical...I do not think this company is that.  I read everything and certain key points I look for because I have been ripped off by Pacific Brochures a couple months ago and I still have the flyers I copied thinking I was going to have a great business and make some money...lo and behold they never advertised for me and I never made a penny, and no matter how many times I called this so called reputable company it was always you'll see mailings in a couple weeks, nothing but a pack of lies.  People like them need to be behind bars ripping people off like that, we work hard for our money and we don't deserve to be ripped off.  Now I always read rip off reports because if I had before I bought into Pacific brochures I wouldn't of gotten ripped off.  Reading on this company, I see that you just started up ...big, huge, red flag!  A promise to refund your deposit after the 9th paycheck...why is there a deposit so big in the first place, so the one on the other end the scammer gets his or her bucks and takes off, so by the time you realize this they are long gone with your money, another red flag!  No one can just visit this company you have to make an appointment...rediculous...any business any where people do visit because some people like to shop and if this company is selling legit products well then why not show it off and have proof.  Most successful companies have been in business for many years and have the reputation and are very proud of it and shout it to the roof tops and advertise with proof.  It does state in your terms and condictions that one could possibly make no money on this so called business that protects you not the person wanting to sell your bogus crap. People.. look for a company that has been in business for years, there are absolutely no envelope stuffing businesses out there that I have seen that are reputable, you are better off saving your money from scams such as these believe me I have tried some , pyramid schemes, send a dollar to six people, send 10 bucks to 3 people I received 3 dollars on the dollar one and 20 bucks on the 10 dollar one.  You are depending on others to send out these programs just to receive anything back, they usually throw the mail in the garbage, junk mail is all it is, once you start buying into these schemes you get alot of them in the mail from all these scammers....save your money they are all scams...wastes of your hard earned cash!  Trust me, someone who has bought these rediculous work from home projects...I have wasted enough of my money and now I am here to tell you all to not believe these so called companies, do your research, if it sounds to good to be true it ..." IS ", end of story, trust me! My name is Wendy  and I have been totally ripped off by too many of these scams and have finally learned my lesson!  Heed this warning or you will make the same mistakes I did and lose out on your hard earned cash...take a vacation instead away from everything!  The guy who is asking this company questions good for you cause you are right I work in customer service and I deal with alot of ignorance and I am totally sweet to people my job demands it!  Thank you for exposing this company for who they really are!  Quit hiding and show consumers the proof, show me exactly how much is made, put the stamps in the box too along with the envelopes and the brochures, why should we pay for the postage your the company that makes the money, quit trying to manipulate people into thinking they need to prove they are worthy of working there are too many people out of work looking for good jobs, not scams!

As I said, I am not a user and am not a competitor either as I offer no programs roof Amy kind and I also advise starting away from any work at home offers.

Mason Grace is a Scam!!!!!

AUTHOR: Rich - ()

POSTED: Sunday, September 21, 2014

The people posting positive reviews are shills for this "company." It's really only a couple people operating out of a basement  with a computer and a cell phone or two. Their 100 Church St address is a sham as Regus is a company that rents out office space by the hour/ day Welles as needed by small businesses. If you listen to the recording at their listed phone number they advise you not to visit them unannounced. You will not be allowed entry. Why is that? It's so they can arrange getting the office space from Regus so that you will think they are legitimate. They'll rebut that they are so busy that no one would be able to meet with you because they are so busy but any legitimate company has a receptionist to great customers and other interested parties and to set future appointments.

Check the google maps location of 100 Church St ,  Manhatten . It's has a community college blocks from it. Wouldn't any legitimate company use that intelligent labor force that by and large are desperate for money? They could give all the envelopes to the students to take with them and pay them $10 -  $12/ hr or by the piece without the mailing costs of the products and have better quality control. Or better yet, take everything to a mailing company to get it all done quickly. Remember, they got 1/2 million letters that they are desperate to mail!

Don't legitimate companies want to project a positive image by being polite to customers even as the customers or potential customers are being difficult? Have any of you ever been directly called an idiot by a bank representative if you appeal a return check charge? Has a Wal Mart employee ever called you a jerk? I don't always like the answer I get from CSRs but they are rarely vulgar or mean to me. And Richard is supposedly a supervisor. He'd be fired if he ever worked for any company I have worked for.

You are only going to get paid for letters that are returned to Mason Grace. Rate of return for mail solicitations historically run 1 to 2%. For a warm market maybe up to 5 to 7% . Those are facts. You just are not going to get enough returnEd electrets to generate positive cash flow four you. The people telling you otherwise are scam artists.

Do some research. Look up Warner Daniels and read Ethernet online reviews and notice when they stop. Then look up Maxwell Gates and notice the date they start an on line foot print and the date they stop having an on line presence. Move on too Preston Lord  And then to Carson Lord and finally to Mason Gates. You cannot find anything on this industry leader before June 2004 ( 3 months ago.) Why is Latham? No one posting good stuff on this wonderful company.

Go to You Tube and listen to Jack 's review and scroll through the comments and read Steve Case's comments and then pull up Stanley Masterson's review of Preston Lord and scroll through the notes and read almost the exact same review for them by Steve Case. You can alrealist em to Mason Grace's voice message on their contact number and note how much that voice sounds like Stanley Masterson's voice. Also you can listen to Preston Lord's voice message and note how it sounds like Jack 's voice in his you Tube review of Mason Grace.

Eventually one of the positive reviewer will provide you a copy of a supposed paycheck but as a spoof reviewer of Preston Lord proved on You Tube, a bogus check can be produced with the correct software.

At least they're consistent, no answers again

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Saturday, September 20, 2014

Once again, not one answer to the previously posed questions.  Richard please stop posting under other names.

Let's pretend I was a prospective user of Mason Grace.  I have questions such as the ones in my previous post  about Mason Grace because I'm a bit wary as everyone should be about this type of endeavor.  Why can't I get an answer from Mason Grace just as I could from other companies I interact with everyday.

Any legitimate company would be able to answer these questions clearly-verifiably-respectfully.  If these questions can't be answered as requested it's a major warning sign that something's not right.

I'm not going through the questions again.  It is so obvious they will not be answered because they can't be answered.  It would expose the con job for what it is.  It would expose the fact that Richard is lying when he says Maxwell Gates/Preston Lord(companies shut down for fraud/deception in NJ) are copying Mason Grace.  It is so obvious it's the other way around and basically doesn't matter because they are using the EXACT SAME DECEPTIVE MATERIALS.

They try to con people on this site and others with Richard and his shills posting about how good they're doing with  the Mason Grace "programs".  It is nearly an impossibility, once you realize what the "programs" are, that you will be doing well.  If you see a posting anywhere on the internet with someone stating they are doing well with Mason Grace's "programs" it is a falsehood.

Here is their program in a nutshell and tell me, does this sound like you're going to make hundreds or thousands of dollars a week doing this -

You pay money to Mason Grace for the opportunity to send out crappy Mason Grace junk mail to try and entice others to send Mason Grace money for the opportunity to make crappy "How to" booklets.  Notice how there is lots of guaranteed money being sent to Mason Grace but you must rely on people responding to crappy junk mail to make any money.  Which put simply means you will not make money because how many people really respond to crappy junk mail.  As a matter of fact once you know how this scam works, if you are "doing well", I have serious questions about your ethics.

The complaints on here are never from real customers. Why is that allowed? Mason is an honest company. Its a simple program, and I get paid every week. Many times I get paid doing no work at all. The residual effects are a nice bonus. Sites like this need to start demanding that anyone who complains prove that they used the product. If someone cannot prove theyve used it, yet they complain, you shouldnt listen to a word they say.

The amount of unjustified defamation on here is shocking.I use both the Group 5 and booklet programs, and both are doing great

Here they come again - claiming I'm a competitor trying to tarnish Mason Grace's "good" name.  That's pretty funny.  Let's kill off that idea right now -

I am not a representative of a competing company of Mason Grace.  I implore anyone reading this to NOT get involved with ANY company engaging in the same type of business as Mason Grace.  Keep clear of all of them.  The envelope stuffing scam is well known and has been proven to be fraudulent countless times.  The competitor claim here by the pro-Mason Gracers is just yet again more attempts at clouding the issues of...........

1. They can't answer simple questions about the company in a clear, concise manner,

2. No verifiable full company history available, Who, When, Where,

3. Claims they've been around for years but seem to have magically appeared just recently,

4. No way to actually speak to someone in the company(phone # is a recording only),

5. Using historically fraudulent advertisements in a business notorious for being a scam,

6. Claims of income potential that are frankly beyond belief,

7. Any pushback or questioning leads to nasty response or threats of legal action,

8. Multiple scam alerts against them by consumer organizations,

9. The initial letter you receive is not clear on how you'll get paid, MG must receive a response from junk mail  you send out for you to get paid.  Unfortunately it's not spelled out that simply on their offer.  You have to read between the lines to understand how "program" really works.

10. Full web pages on their website devoted to claiming how corrupt the BBB, BCA and other consumer advocate organizations are. Name another reputable company that even has a need to do that.

Can you name one company that you know of that is a company you would want to be involved with that has these black marks(and many more) against it?  I didn't think so.  I'm not making this stuff up no matter what they say.  Just see their responses(or non-responses) on this website.  Their non-answers speak louder than words.

Still unanswered questions await

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Monday, September 15, 2014

Let's review

I made my first post 11 days ago and the pro mason Gracers have since called me -

clown, loser, a*s, loser(again), pathetic, loser(again), human waste(that's one you don't hear everyday), pathetic(again), jerk, idiot, fool, slanderous, dumba*s, liar and loser(yet again).

How is it that every single post from an alleged Mason Grace user writes like Richard and has the same attitude as Richard.  Not one Mason Grace "user" is ever a polite person who can post without being nasty and rude and call people names.  Is that just a coincidence?

The smoke and mirrors continue.  Post my name and address.  Give me a break.  If that somehow proves you're legit, when is Richard going to post his home address and phone number.  How  about you Ben, where's your home address. I wouldn't even expect you to do that.  Even my name, are you for real, I can put any name as my post name from Julius Caeser to Mitt Romney and you wouldn't really know if I was being honest.  Do you think I believe your name is Ben?  We all know it's you Richard anyway.  Who cares, it's irrelevant.

It's all just a bunch of BS designed to cloud the issue that Mason Grace is a company with multiple serious scam alerts on it in a "business" that is notorious for being a big ripoff.  What else needs to be said really.

I still have not received answers from Richard or any Mason Grace "user" as to how their advertisement can be EXACTLY the same as companies shut down for fraud and deception in 10/13 in NJ and they think it makes sense to continue to use that same EXACT advertisement to this day.  Regardless of who copied who, why would you use the same advertisement proven to be deceptive and misleading unless YOU ALSO INTENDED TO BE DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING.  Richard insists he has answered this one, but he has not.  Richard - reread the underlined sentence(it is in clear english) and please answer.

I have asked for and never received a complete history of the company.  When it was founded? Where it was founded?  What is the owners name?  That should be public, verifiable information, nothing personal involved there.  I just find it curious how Mason Grace seems to have just appeared in June 2014 when Richard makes it sound they've been around quite a while.  Of course I'll want some proof of that information.   That is a reasonable request of public information.  BBB states their file for Mason Grace opened in June and the Mason Grace website started mid-June.

If Richard or others want prospective users of Mason Grace to know that they are legitimate and can be trusted, even though they have scam alerts out on them, even though their business is prone to scams, they should have no problem answering these basic questions about their company.

Because I'm asking questions the fangs will come out.  That in and of itself speaks volumes.  They've got to try and shut down any pushback to keep the con going as long as possible.  Because there is no doubt that Mason Grace's junk mail industry of deceptive BS will be shut down either through official action in NY or they will get out when they suspect the game is up.

If you are someone who happens upon this site looking into Mason Grace, just review these posts.  Who sounds legitimate?  The group of people defending the company with multiple scam alerts against it with either nasty name calling, never any direct answers or silly posts like "Mason Grace is the bestest company ever".  Or the people who are posting stating they tried Mason Grace's "product"/"program" and got deceived and scammed with direct verifiable references to what's wrong in Mason Grace's website and their mailings.

Do yourself a big favor if you are even considering getting involved with Mason Grace, DO NOT DO IT.  See the FTC website below for information on this "business".  It describes Mason Grace exactly and to a T.

consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0112-envelope-stuffing-schemes

We'll get through that language barrier yet Richard.

More smoke and mirrors

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 12, 2014

Hey Ben what does posting my name and address have to do with anything.  You're not posting your name and address.  Do you think anyone believes your real name is being used.  The typeface you're using and attitude kind of looks suspiciouly exactly like Richard's on these posts.  While we're at it maybe Richard can post his name and home address since he asked for mine too.  I'll also post my SSN and bank account numbers too.  All smoke and mirrors.

Last post I had a link for the BBB, this time it's a link to the BCA with a special warning for, for, wait for it, for - Mason Grace Enterprises!!

http://www.businessconsumeralliance.org/blog/2014/8/scam-watch-mason-grace-enterprises-153

Once again I know Mason Grace despises the BBB and BCA.  That doesn't surprise me at all.  As I said before, what kind of reputable company has to have full web pages devoted to tearing down the reputation of consumer advocate organizations.  Mason Grace does.  Does Walgreens or Lowes or Target or Ford or Taco Bell or Hertz or Xerox or Microsoft or Apple and on and on.  Of course they don't have to for obvious reasons.  They're product is legitimate, their advertisements are clear and concise and they treat their customers with respect when there is an issue.

Do any of those companies and hundreds of other companies of all types that you can think of in just a few minutes have special scam alerts being posted about them.  Mason Grace does.  The reason - just read their initial letter you get or find it on the web.  Deception.

I would like to have a history of Mason Grace Enterprises.  When did they begin, where did they begin.  Richard and others state all the time that Maxwell Gates/Preston Lord(who were shut down by the state of NJ for deceptive practices last year) copied Mason Grace's "product".  So that means Mason Grace has to have been around for 3 years plus.  Funny how the BBB has no business record of them before June of 2014 and they just started their website in June of 2014.  Isn't that a bit fishy.  How can that be.  They've racked up 8 or more complaints filed against them at the BBB and a few at the BCA since June but nothing in the previous 2 1/2 years.

Also, Richard and others will say they have no unresolved complaints against them.  BS.  The complaints on the BBB, most are just the consumer stopped responding and they assume they are resolved, in other words the consumer gave up under the tsunami of Mason Grace's nonsense.

The Man , The Legend Appears

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 11, 2014

Hey what do you know it's "poor" Richard.  Remenber me.  I'm the one that you bilked out of $99.00.  Oh that's right I'm just another one in the ever growing crowd. You just keep up with the nastiness it suits the business you are in.

I got to tell you, you need to work on your arguments and logic.  That Pepsi/Coke thing sounds at first like it might make sense. NOT!  You make it look like Maxwell Gates did something intentional to change the "product" and cause harm.  But they did not, it was an exact copy of your "product".

This turns into a bit of a brain twister but here's how your analogy should go if it was realistic to the situation at hand -

If Pepsi(Maxwell Gates) copied Coke's(Mason Grace) product in it's entirety and then it was found out Pepsi's(Maxwell Gate's) product was poisonous, should Coke(Mason Grace) continue to sell the same poisonous product with not one change at all.  You see Pepsi(Maxwell Gates) didn't add the poison, the poison was already there in Coke's(Mason Grace).

Not only would that be negligent but also criminal.  Which Mason Grace will be facing sometime, hopefully soon.  It may take years but it will happen if they're in business long enough.

I thought you would be brighter than to come up with some silly analogy like that.  The Mason Grace product is exactly the same as Maxwell Gates period.  So if it is exactly the same, one could assume if it is fraudulent in one company, it is extremely likely to be fraudulent in another.  What makes Mason Grace different.  What, you actually supply the useless junk mail that is only intended to suck in even more unsuspecting people.

Doesn't matter who copied who.  Doesn't matter who did it first.  That's all smoke and mirrors meant to cloud the issue.  But of course that's the goal here for you.  Just muck everything up long enough to have honest folks unsure if your "product" is legitimate.

Even though Mason Grace hates them, I am going to post a link to the BBB's New York City office recent special alert on Mason Grace.  Mason Grace will tell you the BBB is bogus (of course they would) but is the information on the link wrong.  I think not.  If the "product" was judged deceptive in NJ, it's still deceptive in NY regardless of who is dishing it out.

bbb.org/new-york-city/news-events/news-releases/2014/08/complaints-to-bbb-point-to-deceptive-work-at-home-scheme-in-nyc/

PS - Richard, thanks for selling my name off to so many of your con artist friends.  I've enjoyed dozens of them mailing me with their latest scams.  Funny how I almost never got stuff like that before I met you.

Why can't they answer the question

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 11, 2014

A new Mason Grace shill appears with the same insults to me and alot of misunderstanding as to my point,

Once again -

It doesn't matter who came first

It doesn't matter who copied who

It doesn't matter if Mason Grace actually sent you something when others did not

It doesn't matter if you're making money(which I find totally unbelieveable considering the scam nature of this thing.  Basically if you are profiting from Mason Grace you are part of the scam)

The Question yet again -

Maxwll Gates/Preston Lord were sued by the attorney general of NJ and forced to close due to advertising and selling fraudulent "business opportunities".  And then Mason Grace is advertising and selling the EXACT SAME "business opportunities" - HOW IS IT THAT MASON GRACE IS NOT ALSO FRAUDULENT!!!

That is the question I want explained.

The previous poster calls me an idiot and pathetic.  He says he bought into both Maxwell Gates and Preston Lord and never even received the "product".  What kind of idiot would buy into a third company with the SAME EXACT advertisement/"business opportunity".  That's the definition of being an idiot and pathetic.

Does anybody find it interesting that every pro-Mason Grace poster has the same MO.  Rude, Nasty, Name Calling. Same style of writing.  Almost like they're the same person with different user names.  Maybe it's even "poor" Richard himself.

Let me reiterate - you can call me anything you like, doesn't bother me.  It only makes your cause look bad when all you can do is try to tear someone down instead of just providing a straightforward answer to a simple question, you know the one,  the one in BOLD above.

Just Explain.

There is no rhyme or reason to your posts dwill, and, as has been mentioned before, youre leading a fairly pathetic existence if this is where you are putting your efforts.

How long have you used Mason Grace's program dwill? Oh thats right, you DONT

So then, how do you have the right to judge it? Oh thats right , you DONT

Still no explanation

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 10, 2014

Yet another Mason Gracer comes out of the woodwork to throw personal insults at me.  But surprise, not one explanation on why Mason Grace's "product" is the same exact "product" that allowed the state of NJ to sue another company for fraud and force them out of business.  The allegation that Mason Grace was the first company to use this "product"(which is really just cheesy and useless junk mail) only makes it even worse.

As for someone benefitting from Mason Grace's program.  That's preposterous.  Mason Grace's whole "program" is based on duping individuals into believing they will make large sums of money sending out misleading and fraudulent junk mail to try and convince even more people to sign on to the scam.  It's an industry of BS.  Bottom line - if you are benefitting from this, you are part of the scam.

As I said, calling me names and insinuating that I'm a loser only makes Mason Grace look bad when you still can't explain the question.  One more time -

Why is Mason Grace's "product" the same "product" that allowed the state of NJ to sue another company(Preston Lord/Maxwell Gates) into extinction.

It only takes a small bit of logic to realize - If Maxwell Gates/Preston Lord was fraudulent, Mason Grace must also be fraudulent if the "product" is 100% exactly the same.  Doesn't matter who copied who, that's all smoke and mirrors.

Just Explain.

Hey Mark, obviously you're not too bright either.

Even IF the NJ company copied the Mason Grace product and they were shut down in NJ for using these types of "business opportunities" that just means Mason Grace has an even longer history of being a fraudulent company than Maxwell Gates or Preston Lord or whatever their name used to be.  Do you get it now. Thanks for admitting that Mason Grace was the originator of this scam.

Also, once again as expected, still haven't explained without personal attacks on me or my motives why Mason Grace has the same "product" as a company forced to shut down for fraudulent business practices.

You can call me every name in the book, I don't care.

Mason Grace Exposed

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Monday, September 08, 2014

I’ll cut everyone a break and make hopefully one last shorter post.

Well the last poster Mark is a loyal trooper, you knew someone from Mason Grace would be back.  He comes back just to hurl personal insults at me and yet again not respond to one single point that has been made, not just by me but by all the others also.  In fact he says no points have been made.  NOT ONE as he puts it.  Well needless to say I disagree.

He says ignore those who are not in the program.  But that’s the point.  We ordered the program and found it to be a fraudulent POS.  Why would I or any others who have posted here continue with the program?  We were had and we are trying to help others avoid the same situation.

I have a last point to make.  Please check out the documents attached to this post.  I thought I had lost my original “special letters” as MG calls them but found them after tearing my house apart.  Attached are two sets of documents.  One set from a former company named Maxwell Gates and one set from the current incarnation Mason Grace.  As you can see they are completely identical.  Also note the company addresses at the end of page 2 on both documents to show that these are from different “Enterprises”.  So different yet so the same.

The Maxwell Gates “product” docs are from this website- http://stuckathomemom.com/scams/is-maxwell-gates-enterprises-a-scam-yes-let-me-explain/

Mason Grace docs are from what was sent to me from Mason Grace as their “product”.

The question I have for all the Mason Grace lovers is – Why in the world is Mason Gace using the same exact “product” as a company like Maxwell Gates(which also went by the name Preston Lord).  Maxwell Gates/Preston Lord was shuttered by the NJ Attorney Generals office when the owner was fined $130,000 dollars and ordered not to engage in this type of business anymore in NJ.

Just check out these links -

http://www.workathomesuccess.com/scam-alert-preston-lord-enterprises/

http://realscam.com/f10/preston-lord-enterprises-scam-2468/

Can the Friends of Mason Grace respond with any logical explanation for all this information?  Forget whether I am “in the program” or “tried the program”.  If Mason Grace Enterprises is legitimate just explain.  Without personal attacks on me or others and our motives.  Just explain.

Simple question Dwill. How long have you been using the Mason Grace program? Obviously for you to feel justified in writing what is basically a book, you must be using it, right.

See, this is the whole problem. A "winner" like you comes along, who clearly hasnt paid his cable TV bill in months, so he needs something to do, and starts spouting off about something he knows nothing at all about.

Then we have the posts from people who actually use it like myself. Not one of them is negative. Interesting

The fact that you devote this amount of time to something that has nothing to do with you shows what a complete loser you are.

All this does is negatively affect real users who are doing well and paying bills with the program.

The fact remains, you do not make one valid poiint, not ONE. You have clearly NO idea how the program works, and you are in desperate need of a life

Mason Grace is a worthwhile, genuine program.

Get a life. Its beyond evident you do not possess one

I must have hit a nerve

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Sunday, September 07, 2014

I expected a response from our friends at Mason Grace but three shills in a row(or maybe even "poor" Richard himself posing as a shill)!  Is that a record?

Do you notice when the silly responses come in from them they don't ever actually refute what was said in the previous comment.  Just pure nonsense about how great it is to be involved with Mason Grace.  No proof of this is ever offered, just statements that me and all the others who have commented here must have "too much time on their hands".  Yeah, we're the frauds, not Mason Grace.  Why would I bother to do this you might ask.  Let me tell you.

If there is anyone reading this post out there let me tell you why I and all the others bothered to tell our experiences with Mason Grace here at Ripoff Report.  The first and main reason is that we are angry and feel like complete schmucks.  Angry that we were deceived into believing Mason Grace might be legitimate.  But alas it was not to be.  As you can tell from the many stories here.

The other reason is that we are hoping that if anyone out there on the world wide web has received Mason Grace's initial letter of offer they may be smart enough to investigate a little bit more that we did and come across these stories.  And then walk away from Mason Grace and never look back.  They say hindsight is 20/20 vision.  And boy is it ever with the first letter you get from Mason Grace.

There are the ridiculous sums of money they state you can make.  $2,500 a week!!  Mailing out junk mail??  Ha Ha!!  Of course you don't know it's junk mail at that point, you find that out later after you've aleady sent them your fee and receive what Mason Grace calls their "product" or "special letters".  To me and you it's called junk mail or stuff destined to be thrown out without even reading.  Not quite so special really.

With that first letter you'll also become acquainted with the misleading language and double talk that is spoken at Mason Grace.  But of course you don't know it's misleading untill after, once again, you've already sent them your hard earned cash that you'll never see again.  I see now the completely fraudulent statements in that first letter.  But that's why it's called hindsight.  Still doesn't lessen the anger at them or myself for being duped.

And of course should you try and contact them, tell them that "Hey, what I received isn't what was advertised in that first letter".  "Poor" Richard will throw out words like attorney, lawyers, terms and conditions, and so on and on.  What kind of customer service person, in your first e-mail exchange questioning the program, mentions lawyers?  Oh yeah, "Poor" Richard that's who.

Also - get on the Google and check out two companies (or are they one in the the same), Maxwell Gates Enterprises and/or Preston Lord Enterprises.  Not a very good history.  You know Mason Grace Enterprises will be joining them soon, sued by the state of NY for fraudulent business practices.  May take years but it will happen.  Attached is a picture of one page of junk mail used by Maxwell Gates.  It was on this website- http://stuckathomemom.com/scams/is-maxwell-gates-enterprises-a-scam-yes-let-me-explain/

Is it a coincidence that the picture shows the exact same junk mail I was supplied to send out for - Mason Grace Enterprises.  Why would Mason Grace be offering the same "product" as a company where the owner had to settle with the NJ AG office for a $130,000 fine and be barred from operating work at home business venture's in NJ.  Is that why Mason Grace is based in NYC?  See this link - http://realscam.com/f10/preston-lord-enterprises-scam-2468/

One other thing I want to point out.  Since I've been involved with Mason Grace, my mail has been suspiciously littered with other "work at home" opportunities and some other truly ridiculous and obvious scams, pyramid schemes and the like.  Is this a coincidence?  I think not.  In their haste to squeeze as much profit from my mistaken attempt at earning extra income Mason Grace has whored my name and address to as many scam artists and con men as they can.

In the end everyone has a choice.  You can believe the utter nonsense served up by Richard and the Shills.   They want you to believe you will be raking in large sums of cash sending out lame junk mail, depending on the public to be gullible or desperate enough to buy into their fraudulent "business opportunity".

Or you can take the advice of myself and the others here, learn a lesson from our costly mistake.  I would not be sitting here typing all this out unless I felt there was a good reason.  The good reason is to prevent YOU from being their taken in by this scam that has a long history of being a scam.  I just wish I had looked into it more before I was foolishly scammed.

This is a fundmental problem with the internet.

Some character like the person just below me, who clearly has nothing but time on their hands (I can only imagine why), writes the equivalent of a thesis about this, when nothing they wrote is correct

I USE the program. This clown below me and all the other negative posters go on and on without knowing the FIRST thing about how the program actually works

The Ripoff Report needs to start demanding that every single poster show PROOF that they USED the product they are writing about

Opinions are worth nothing. Take it from a program participant like me, if you use the program correctly, Masons is the very best of its kind.

Does this sound like a good business profit model

AUTHOR: dwill - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 04, 2014

People - It is very simple.

Mason Grace Enterprises has you mail out their junk mail.  You pay for the opportunity to do this.  And because it is junk mail *Surprise* you will not see any of the vast sums of money they promise, precisely because it is junk mail.

Here is how it works.  You decide to join the $99.00 program.  So you send them - you guessed it $99.00.  For that you will receive a box with envelopes, misleading and deceptive instructions, 99 pieces of paper that the rest of the world(but not Mason Grace, to them it's product) calls junk mail and also stickers with the names/addresses of the unfortunate souls who are about to have their mailboxes stuffed with the aforementioned junk mail.

After you send out the 99 junk letters, if by chance one or more of the 99 unfortunates who received your junk mailings responds to Mason Grace they allegedly will pay you $10.00 per response.  Just think on that a moment.

We all receive junk mail almost everyday.  How many of us actually read it or for that matter open it.  You can tell it's junk mail without even opening it.  I have seen Mason Grace's "product".  It is JUNK MAIL.  Not even high class or interesting junk mail.  It's the kind of junk mail that is thrown out by the handful at just about every address in these United States every week.

So let's do some math.  If you mailed out 99 pieces and paid $99.00 for the honor of doing so, Mason Grace has to receive at least 10 responses for you to break even.  What are the odds that 10 suckers are going to repond to some cheesy junk mail to at least allow you break even in this "business venture".  But wait, you're in this to make some profit.  How many more suckers do you think will respond.  Enough to make this nonsense worthwhile?  IT IS A SCAM PURE AND SIMPLE.

The "customer service" rep Richard who seems like he missed quite a few training classes on how to treat people, but then again to them we're all just marks.  He is only in customer service untill the hooks are in you and you begin to suspect you've been had and then the real fun begins.  The nasty e-mail exchages, legal threats and infuriating condescending comments.

To show you how reputable this "business" is, visit the website.  What legit business has to have full web pages reserved for claiming how corrupt the BBB, BCA and even this very website ROR is.  Does that not speak volumes in itself.  It's because they're playing a waiting game to see how many folks they can con into their "business" before the whole thing collapses and the FTC or NY attorney general is shutting them down.

I know Richard or one of his shills will be responding, stating how I am wrong and everyone else is the fraud.  But as I said in the beginning - it's very simple.  Would any company pay you $10.00 for each response if they thought that a large quantity of those pieces of junk mail would be returned.  They know they will not be paying you the ridiculous amounts of money they state is possible before it all begins, that's the scam.

I leave with one final message.  If you had any questions about this company, maybe you need help, need extra income, maybe you're even desperate.  Don't think twice, run away as fast as you can.  There's no answer with Mason Grace.

I tried the program and never got paid after sending out 99 letters.  That is the bottom line.  I won't be using their services again.  However, for those who wish to try it, I wish them the best of luck.  I do know to read and follow instructions. which I did which I did to the letter.  If the program worked for you, congratulations.  I do have a life, and I suggest you get one.  Calling me a moron or a person with no life is not putting any money in my pocket so you can save your rude comments for someone who cares.

The Usual Shill

AUTHOR: Mud on My Face - ()

POSTED: Thursday, August 21, 2014

Well, as usual, Richard (or whatever his name is) has come back with his normal defense. I didn't really expect him to give a point by point defense as he really can't...I imagine he didn't read of word of what I wrote, which is why he has not defended any particular aspect of the "DIFFERENCES" between the initial advertisement and his "instructions".

I've re-read your initial advertisement...and guess what? No mention about your website or any terms and conditions. Considering your marks are probably older individuals who are retired and living on a fixed income, they can't afford internet service and therefore do not do the research and therefore have not agreed to any of your "kindergarten", "changed to suit your needs" T&C's (as I stated in my essay).

But I do find it interesting what you said about closing your Paypal account. And it doesn't surprise me in the least that you closed your account. I mean, when your bank starts pulling peoples money out of your account constantly when they find they've been cheated, you certainly don't want that to continue, and the only way to stop it is to close your account so they can't get to it. Sounds like a thief to me. You probably have 15 or so bank accounts set up to where you can switch at will to keep your fraudulently acquired money hidden.

Mason Grace THANKS the last poster

AUTHOR: Richard - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, August 20, 2014

My goodness, now that is an individual who is not only completely misinformed, but seems to have an inordinate amount of time to share that misinformation.

Your post is a perfect example of someone who sees what they CHOOSE to see, and not what is actually there. You are reading into our letters words from an angle that none of our buyers do. Why? Because they recognize that there is MORE there to read, and what you are doing is taking our words out of context

Its as simple as this... on our website we have perfectly clear terms and conditions that are available for anyone to read. In those terms and conditions, every single reality of our program is revealed, and all of those realities match perfectly with our sales letters.

Many of you may be aware that Paypal is extremely tough when it comes to customer protection. They are indeed tougher than the credit card companies themselves

Over the past few weeks we had two customers claim that they received something different from what they expected. We of course knew right away this was due in fact to them not reading everything we provide.

Paypal did their standard investigation, and for both cases this was their word for word judgment:

"Dear Mason Grace Enterprises,

We completed our review and decided this case in your favor. Any money that may have been temporarily held has been returned to your PayPal account.

During our review, we’ve found that you had sufficiently described the merchandise."

That is a direct copy and paste from their emails to us

While we no longer use Paypal due to their overpriced fee structure, their legal departments A+ passing grade for us is extremely telling. As you see above, we do indeed sufficiently describe our merchandise

The issue that occasionally arises is not due to our materials or the information we share. It is due to consumers not performing what is known as "due diligence". This means, as a consumer, you have a responsibility to read everything a company states regarding its products. As long as that company reveals everything required, as we do, and as Paypal clearly recognized, then the fault in such matters lies with the consumer, not with the company offering the product in question.

There is not as single inaccuracy or fact missing from our literature, whether in hard copy form or on our website

We are also perfectly clear that by ordering, you agree to all terms and conditions found on our website

What all of this shows, ultimately, is that the previous poster wrote the equivalent of a book... about nothing.

As we've stated endless times before, do not get concerned when you see a false negative comment. Simply send us a message. We'll be happy to show you the truth

Buy in at your own peril

AUTHOR: Mud on My Face - ()

POSTED: Monday, August 18, 2014

Hi all, I apologize for the essay, but it is worth your time to read this in its entirety if you are even considering becoming associated with this company.

Richard (or whatever his name is) keeps complaining “where’s the complaint”. And I have to agree with him on this one little issue. Most of the complaints on the RipOffReport are vague in the extreme. So let’s give him what he’s looking for: full discloser…because that is something you will never get from him. I’ll give you a breakdown of his flyer and compare it to reality. Please keep in mind that I am only giving you the facts, there is nothing in this report that is made up or embellished (maybe a few opinions, of course). Although I’m sure the peanut gallery (Richard [or whatever his name is]) will arrive eventually to say “it’s all lies…” Well, Richard (or whatever your name is), I bought into your scheme, not realizing it was a scheme until I received your “package”. Imagine my surprise at the stupid decision I made…

FANTASY: Get paid for mailing our special letters from home! Potential earnings of up to $5000 or more weekly! Free postage, free circulars, free envelopes.

REALITY: Free postage? WRONG…you get reimbursed for 1, I repeat, “1” mailing after each 9th paycheck. Free circulars and free envelopes? WRONG…you get reimbursed for 1 , I repeat, “1” supply of circulars and envelopes after each  9th paycheck, all other packages must be purchased again at 50% off and you have to pay for the postage out of your own pocket. Considering that one mailing might result in 1 paycheck, that leaves you buying several more packages before you can get reimbursed for even 1 package. Same for the postage. So let’s do the math: Group 1 has 49 letters for you to stuff and mail out. If you are lucky, you might get a 5% response rate which equals (for you) about 2.5 responses, but let’s be generous and say that 5 people respond and buy in to his scheme. That gives you $50. So, so far, you have spent $99 plus $24 for postage for a total of $123 and your return is $50. So far, you’ve lost $73 just on the initial package…and Richard (or whatever his name is) has scammed, at the least, $500 for the work you’ve done. Add several more “purchases” of his scheme at the same return rate ($50 [$99 X 50%) + $24) $74 spent versus $50 received, you are now out another $24 for the next package that you will never see a return of. Keep in mind that his “requirements” are that you MUST mail out all envelopes within 10 days of receipt, so if any responses will be forthcoming, it will only be for a short period of time, thereby ensuring you MUST purchase more of his “packages” to get more paychecks.

FANTASY: We have so much work on hand, that we’re paying home workers $10.00 for each letter stuffed and returned to us as per instructions.

REALITY: No mention whatsoever that you are not returning these letters to Richard (or whatever his name is) but are, in fact, sending out the letters to a mailing list (labels included in the box) and you only get paid if someone on that mailing list returns the letter to Richard (or whatever his name is) with payment to buy into his scheme. Considering the majority of people are hip to these types of scams, I am being generous saying that maybe 5% will respond.

FANTASY: All you have to do is stuff the envelopes that we send you with the letters that we send you, and then mail them out so that you can receive your pay check.

REALITY: In Richard’s defense (or whatever his name is), there is no mention that you will be mailing the letters to anyone in particular, but it is deliberately vague as to that fact. The letter reads as if you are sending the letters back to Mason Grace Enterprises to have postage applied at Mason Grace and rerouted to someone on “their” mailing list. And I know the peanut gallery (i.e.: Richard [or whatever his name is]) is going to come in here and call me a liar and whatever, but I think at this point, we all know who the liar is.

FANTASY: Our staff definitely cannot handle the job of stuffing and mailing out 500,000 letters within the required time. That’s where you come into the picture. We need your help right away to stuff and mail out these letters as quickly as possible. As stated above, we pay $10.00 per letter stuffed and returned to us. Even at that phenomenal pay rate, we still save a great deal of money that would otherwise have to be spent on bigger office space and additional staff.

REALITY: Well, I imagine you can’t handle it all yourself, considering you are probably an office of “one”. You know, out of all of the feedback I’ve found about Mason Grace online, there is only 1 true defender of this company. The other defenders are shills. For those of you who don’t know what a shill is, it is a person who gives glowing, but false, reports about a business. I’m sure these shills are all Richard (or whatever his name is)…so not only shills, but fake shills. Again, I’ll point out that the sentence “implies” you will be returning the stuffed envelopes to Mason Grace Enterprises, not sending them out to a mailing list they send to you. So the “returned to us” takes on a completely different meaning when you receive his package instructions and get blindsided with that little “nugget” of information.

FANTASY: Your job is simply stuffing the special advertising letters that WE PROVIDE, into envelopes that WE PROVIDE, label, seal, and mail them out to RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM US.

REALITY: Well, what do you know, after all of the blubber that catches your attention earlier on in the flyer, it is actually stated here (in small letters to be overshadowed by the capital letters, of course…intentional? Me thinks, yes.) that you have to label the envelopes…but again, no mention of mailing them out individually to a mailing list. Perhaps that is also implied, but is overshadowed by all the other garbage.

FANTASY: Other companies don’t actually send you the envelopes. You have to run advertisements to get self addressed, stamped envelopes from prospective customers. That’s a PRIMARY DIFFERENCE between other companies and ours. WE WILL SEND YOU THE ENVELOPES AND THE LETTERS TO STUFF INTO THOSE ENVELOPES.

REALITY: Ah, now we’re back on the scam track. They now lead you back to thinking you’ll be mailing the letters back to Mason Grace, not to some mailing list because they make the statement that they are different than other companies because they do not require you to run advertisements to get a list to mail these letters to. Letters that WE PROVIDE? Envelopes that WE PROVIDE? Sure, they provide them at a cost. You could make your own copies and buy your own envelopes for a fraction of what he charges to send them to you.

FANTASY: Carefully read the circulars that you receive from other companies. Notice that they are very vague about what your package contains, and also note they don’t tell you if they are the ones who will send the envelopes and circulars to stuff. All they’ll say is that the envelopes will come to you pre-addressed, with postage stamps affixed. THAT MEANS that you’ll have to advertise in newspapers or magazines in order to get people to send you stamped self-addressed envelopes. WE ARE DIFFERENT! WE SEND YOU THE ENVELOPES AND LETTERS TO BE STUFFED, AND OFFER AN UNMATCHED PAY RATE.

REALITY: Vague? Your flyer is nothing but vague. There is no mention whatsoever about what YOUR package contains. If it mentioned that people would be mailing out flyers offering the same “opportunity” you just sold them and no actual advertisement for a product, you would get NO responses to your flyers because it would be 100% clear that this is a pyramid scheme. You wouldn’t want that, now would you?

FANTASY: You will not have to pay for postage stamps. All postage cost is reimbursable…That means it’s FREE! You will not have to do any form of advertising whatsoever! No newspaper ads… no magazine ads, no bulletin board ads. No advertising at all.

REALITY: Not true according to your “instructions”. Again, I reiterate what I said above. Postage is only reimbursed for “1” package after each 9th paycheck. All other postage comes straight out of the “dupes” pocket.

FANTASY: We also do not deduct taxes from your paychecks. You get the full amount. We will send you a 1099 form at the end of the year, when you’re ready to file your taxes.

REALITY: In order for anyone to send out a 1099, the payee must supply their SSN or a TIN. If the organization sends out 1099’s without this information, they can be fined $50 per incomplete form, unless it is found that they’ve made every effort to acquire it. If that number is not supplied by the payee to the payor, an organization is required to demand it from the payee. If they still will not supply it (and I would never give my SSN to this charlatan), the organization is obligated to withhold taxes and then pay that directly to the government. If they do not, the organization will be held liable for any uncollected amounts. Mason Grace does not ask for this information from its potential “workers” (at least it wasn’t requested in the “package” I received), which means they won’t be sending you anything…I sincerely doubt they’ll even send you a check for $10. I mean, how are you supposed to know if anyone replies to the flyers you just sent out? You have no way of verifying this. And Richard (or whatever his name is) isn’t going to volunteer anything other than insults and threats. (Yes, Richard can track what he has received back because you are supposed to put some identifying number on each “circular” you mail out, which is how he is supposed to know who to pay $10 to.)

FANTASY: You will not be stuffing or mailing anything that is illegal, or that will be of an offensive nature.

REALITY: After seeing what was in the “package”, I have my doubts about this. Read the definition of a “Pyramid Scheme” and make the decision for yourself. I mean, if you are just re-mailing the same sham you got suckered into, and your income is dependent on more people buying the same opportunity to mail more of the same circulars, where is the product? By the way, Pyramid Schemes are illegal within the Continental United States. Read this from the SEC: sec.gov/answers/pyramid.htm, sec.gov/investor/alerts/ia_pyramid.htm. This is also very interesting and mentions envelope stuffing schemes in the bargain:.investopedia.com/articles/04/042104.asp, also .investopedia.com/articles/pf/09/work-at-home-scam.asp.

This may not be a full blown Pyramid Scheme, but it is most certainly a variation thereof, with Richard (or whatever his name is) being the only person benefitting.

FANTASY: Just stuff the special letters that WE WILL SEND YOU, into envelopes that WE WILL SEND YOU, and GET PAID FOR THE WORK YOU DO.

REALITY: WRONG, you only get paid if someone else buys into the same scheme…again, read the definition of a “Pyramid Scheme”.

FANTASY: Along with EVERY paycheck, we’ll send you fresh mailing supplies so you may continue your mailings uninterrupted.

REALITY: A reasonable person would assume that with every paycheck, you will receive fresh mailing supplies at no charge, right? WRONG! You have to pay for them at 50% of the original price. NOT FREE!

FANTASY: IN ORDER TO GET YOU STARTED IMMEDIATELY, we must require a one time computer processing and materials fee. This one time fee insures that you’re serious about the program, so we aren’t sending this material for no reason.

REALITY: Again, WRONG! Not a one-time fee. You pay every time and only get reimbursed “1” time after each 9th paycheck (and I sincerely doubt you would get reimbursed for that 1 package).

FANTASY: Naturally, we can’t afford to send expensive printed material to every one who requests it, unless we’re certain they want to earn money in our program.

REALITY: Expensive material? It’s basic paper and basic envelopes. I’ve seen better at a discount store. There is nothing special about the stationary…or what is printed on it, for that matter.

FANTASY: MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! All application fees will be refunded & reimbursements for a single package issued with every 9th paycheck.

REALITY: Shocking, it actually states in this paragraph about the “single” reimbursement with every 9th paycheck…but again, still misleading because there is no mention of having to pay for more packages, it just states fresh mailing supplies sent with “EACH” paycheck. So, the money back guarantee is a lie.

FANTASY: I realize that I have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, since my application fee is completely refundable as explained above.

REALITY: Again, since you are paying a fee with every package you receive from this charlatan, and only getting reimbursed for a single package after each 9th paycheck, it’s not completely refundable, is it?

I’m also going to take this opportunity to mention that the Terms and Conditions on Mason Grace Enterprises website changed. When I first looked at this website and read their T&C’s, there was no mention of a “Courtesy” refund in their refunds section. Their “Courtesy” refund is only for $50, and is only given when they feel the refund is not “technically” owed. Well, they don’t feel they should refund money to their marks for any reason, so they will consider all refunds as “technically” not owed. Hmmm…did the T&C’s change because too many people were opening your “package” and seeing that they got duped? Well, I have the proof in a “before and after” screen shot. Oh, also, their T&C’s must have been put together by a kindergartner. It’s the same thing copied and pasted 3 times. Of course, I’ve not done a complete analysis on this as their T&C’s section is meant to cross your eyes and there is only so much garbage a person can read before losing interest.

Richard (or whatever his name is) is what is called a “Bad Faith” merchant. He is a charlatan, that is for sure, because everything he does is in bad faith. For a sale to be considered legitimate, according to FTC rules, good faith has to be exercised by all parties. Richard (or whatever his name is) wouldn’t know good faith if it slapped him up-side the head. I’ve seen all of the rebuttals on the RipOffReport defending this company. These people are what the Federal Trade Commission call “Shills” (i.e.: a person who gives glowing, but false, reports about a business). It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if all of these “shills” weren’t Richard himself, or whatever his name is…probably people he’s stolen identities from. Beware sending any personal information to this guy. After being duped myself, I put out a Fraud Alert on my name with the 3 major credit bureaus. And if my identity is stolen in the future, I’ll know in which direction to point the authorities. By the way, has anyone noticed that all of the “defenders” of this company make the same grammatical and punctuation mistakes in their responses? Hmmm... Not only shills, but fake shills made by none other than Richard himself (or whatever his name is).

In another review, I also read that Richard (or whatever his name is) is calling this a “Franchisee” opportunity (I think it was Richard calling it this…it may have just been an assumption on a concerned individuals part…?). Well, in a franchise, wouldn’t the new franchisee be the legitimate recipient of any profits? Not the Franchisor? I.E.: This is not a franchise opportunity as you only get paid a percentage (very small percentage) of the profits Mason Grace will make. Please read the following from the FTC in regards to selling Franchises:

Fair Trade Commission Franchise Rule:

16CFR Parts 436 and 437

Rule Summary:

The Franchise Rule gives prospective purchasers of franchises the material information they need in order to weigh the risks and benefits of such an investment. The Rule requires franchisors to provide all potential franchisees with a disclosure document containing 23 specific items of information about the offered franchise, its officers, and other franchisees.

Read ftc.gov/sites/default/files/070330franchiserulefrnotice.pdf for more information on the Franchise Rule and how Richard (or whatever his name is) has violated this rule…he’s probably never read it. Specifically, read page 15445 on STATEMENT OF BASIS AND PURPOSE, I. INTRODUCTION, A. Overview of the Original Franchise Rule. Also read page 15448 on D. Overview of the Final Amended Rule. Also read page 15450 on 2. Deceptive Practices and continue with the bullet points “a” through “e”. Reading further into the document just really goes into legal jargon and definitions…and I got bored.

Richard has practiced bad faith in every response he has had with me and others, as you can see in all of his posts on the RipOffReport. His website promises a refund if requested within 24 “business” hours of receipt of his material and that ALL material must be returned as is, but the only way to get their “RMA #” (which is “required” for all returns) is through his “Contacts” page…and that is guaranteed to be ignored. I didn’t even wait 24 hours, much less 24 business hours, and I never received a response from him until I filed a complaint. Then it was all threats, all the time. I also noticed in another post that it now appears Richard (or whatever his name is) has changed his “instructions” page to state that you must try his program before requesting a refund…or maybe that is just in the instructions for the Document Stapling scam.

On another note about one of these “shills”, there is a YouTube video out there giving a glowing report about Mason Grace Enterprises. I tried to make several responses to this YouTube video so the public could make an informed decision and those responses never posted publicly. I can see my response if I sign into my YouTube account, but the public at large can’t see it. There was another site that also gave this company a glowing review. As soon as I posted a response on this site about it being a sham, which actually showed up to the public, the site disappeared from existence. This Richard person (or whatever his name is) is pretty good at scrubbing the internet and also at creating a bunch of bogus sites in his name. But if you do a little digging on a lot of these sites, you’ll note they are nothing more than face pages with no content. He must have a lot of time on his hands to be able to spend his hard scammed money on creating bogus sites promoting his company.

Also, on another comment created by someone else who was duped, in Mason Grace’s “package”, there is NO alternate contact information EVER provided. It is the same sham phone number and sham contacts page.

On Mason Grace’s webpage, it talks about the BBB being crooks. You know, if you look long and hard enough, every company has skeletons, the BBB, I’m sure, is no exception. That’s what happens when you give some internet sites too much power. Every public opinion forum is going to have people trashing someone else for some slight, whether imagined or not. It is up to the public to make an informed decision based on this collected data. Do I believe that every comment should be monitored and verified? Really? Who has the time or the patience? But it is my opinion that Mason Grace Enterprises is a fraudulent company and anyone who sends them money is destined for financial disappointment.

One last comment to be made about this fraudulent company: the address. Go to this website:.regus.com/locations/virtual-office/new-york-new-york-city-100-church-street. The 8th floor of 100 Church Street is a virtual office space. It costs between $119 and $369 a month for this virtual space. It allows for mail collection and redistribution to another location that is not divulged to the public. To take a tour of this facility, you actually have to book it with a company called Regus, and it won’t be Mason Grace Enterprises you are touring, but a space that MANY companies rent…virtually. As another poster has stated, this Richard person (or whatever his name is) isn’t even located in New York. Let’s all say it together: SCAM!

OK, Peanut Gallery, now that FANTASY and REALITY have been fully disclosed, let’s now bask in your magnificent response. I challenge you to give us a point-by-point defense on how my “facts” above are lies, as I’m sure you will try to do. But at least we will no longer have to hear the whole “Where’s the complaint?” crap again. Of course, I’m sure you’ll use it.

Thats wrong Kelli. Mason Grace tells you everything. I guess Im just one of the few people who was astute enough to read all the details first. They have all of their terms and conditions posted for everyone to see and read. Ive never seen that from another company in this field and Ive gotten involved with more than a few. Im 46 years old, Ive seen a few things in my life, and I'll tell you this, Mason Grace is the most honest company Ive ever seen in this industry. Noit a single thing about their programs is hidden. Thats exactly why Im with them

I ordered my package, and i just recieved it.

Number one, there is no other phone number provided to contact them, I've seen two people comment here that state they provide another contact number to actually speak with someone, the only number on all my paper work is the same one, 844-404-2020, which is just a recording, so if someone could please give me a number I can contact someone at, I would appreciate it.

Number two, they don't know if or when you've mailed out your letters, you only get paid if someone sends back your letter to join, that's another thing they don't tell you.

We have NO unresolved BBB complaints and the BBB is a complete FRAUD as we prove on our FAQ page.

As exposed by ABC News 20/20, the BBB gives you an F rating unless you PAY for a better rating. They are a corrupt, fraudulent organization that the average consumer is too ignorant to realize is not who they think they are.
The BBB is NOT a govt agency. They are a PRIVATE & CORRUPT company

We refuse to pay for a rating. We have far more dignity than to pay a bunch of scammers like the BBB for their worthless rating

Dont believe what im posting here. See it for yourself. Go to our websites FAQ page and watch the video from ABC News

I have also received a letter from this company offerring work from home employment so I went online and check them out on the BBB's website and found that they have an F rating with several unresolved negative complaints. I find it hard to believe that if they are a reputable company legitamitly giving you work that they would be rated so poorly.

Raydivision, its you whos wrong here, not Mason Grace. If you look at the top of the source code on MG's website, you can see it is from Godaddy, the most reputable company in the business

I have had two Godaddy websites in the recent past. My source code looked just like the source code for Mason's website. Thats just how Godaddy does it apparently

I have a bit of computer experience. For anyone who doersnt know what we're talking about, if you right click on Masons page, and look at the source, near the top you will see ""Starfield Technologies; Go Daddy Website Builder v7.0.101". Right there you know its a legit website.

Sorry Raydivision, but from one consumer to another, you really shouldnt post about stuff you have no knowledge of. It only confuses other consumers

I ordered the Mason Grace Group 5 program today. I will update all of you as things unfold

Ask Godaddy, not us

AUTHOR: Richard - ()

POSTED: Saturday, July 26, 2014

This is exactly the type of blatantly idiotic post weve come to deal with constantly. Why dont you ask Godaddy, the provider of our hosting and website creation, if our site is real or not? Our site has no relation to any other company and we have never heard of any of the links you listed.

Please post your full name, address and phone number if youre going to make such statements. Of course you wont since your post is obviously misinformed. The answer to your post is as simple as this... Is 100 Church St in NYC a real address? Use an online map and see for yourself that it is

You may wish to return to computer programming class. You clearly dont know very much about it

Again, the website codes you see, whatever they are, belong to Godaddy.

How and why Godaddy creates those codes is something we have no clue whatsoever about. We are not computer programmers at Mason Grace, we are opportunity creators

Let's say that I honestly stuff your envelopes, purchase and affix postage and mail them at a post office, and see no pament in a week or two.  I contact your office and am told that you have no records showing that anything was mailed.  Could be a postal error. Could be an honest screw up in your system.  Either way I am out my time and the postage.  So what proof can I show you that I performed as required?

I wouldn't be wasting my time and yours with this question if I wasn't truly interested in your program.  I used your website to post this question 3 times with no answer to my email and you said that you answer all inquiries.......... proof that things do fall through a crack at times, and I fight Murphy's Law all the time.

Answer THE Question

POSTED: Monday, July 21, 2014

I guess the Mason Grace agent didn't understand my question........  I didn't ask how they knew I sent the mailings, I asked how could I verify the mailings were sent if they claimed they had no record of the mailings from post offfice.

Big Diference.  Mistakes are made all the time.... the post office isn't perfect, email/internet anin't either and a lot of businesses use it to their advantage.

I sent three requests by email to your website and I never recieved a reply and you say that all email to your inbox are answered.  Who's in error? Someone lying or another example of something falling through a crack?

Actually, no you don't return messages!  I have made several attempts to get an answer regarding how often we would be reimbursed for postage since I need to know pretty much exactly how much I can expect to make on this program or no one would lend me the money to start!  However, instead of answering my question, I get stupid replies like "Yes, all the programs are still available".  Really?  Great!  Too bad that wasn't my question!  Neither do you respond within 24-48 hours.  I waited almost 2 weeks before asking my question the second and third times. That is why, now, no one will lend me the money to do your program.

To answer your question, we know exactly when your mailings have been completed.

How we know is a trade secret that we do not reveal.

Its a very simple method used by every company in this industry.

The answer to this old & widely used method is right in front of you but only about 1% of people ever figure out how its done. We certainly did not invent the method, we just utilize it

Within three to four days after youve completed the mailings, we will know that they have been done

I too am interested in making money, but have been scammed by the best and am ulta wary.

Anyway, I was impressed by the website, but before commiting to their offer, tried to get questions answered on their contact website.  My question was:

Since they state that they have tracking to verify the mails that I am sending, I asked, "How do I prove that I sent the mails in question, if something falls through a crack and they claim that that they have no record of the mailings??

This I believe is a legitimate question, not questioning their ethics and honesty, just a question important to anyone doing their due diligence to avoid being sucked into a scam.

I have used their contact email 3 times asking this question several ways, and have never recieved an answer. And NO it was not in my spam folder either.

This is a huge red flag for me, but maybe someone could tell me why I am being ignored or is their email just not attended.  One would think that an online email contact form on their website would be of utmost importance to a company like this.......

Any edifying reponse to this question would be appreciated.  I d**n well need something like this since I am BROKE, and am at wits end to create some income and cannot afford to risk throwing my money into a fools errand.

Thanks,

gene

I like how after this time has passed there is now a magical websit that did not exist a week ago in fact upon checking the wesites registrar it was created 18-Jun-14 and is a domain of godaddy.com, it is registered to domainsbyproxy out of Scottsdale, Az, not Manhattan.

Oh, and the phone number provided earlier thank you by the way also created a week ago could not find the registrar for it, but considereing that it is an (844) number and they have only been giving out those numbers since Jan 14, it makes me sceptical since companys that have been in business for a "few years" as it has been put by a few on here that have been "making money for years" or did the IT work, worked on their database phone systems and what ever the rest of the crap you are shoveling.

And a secound note on the phone number the recording on there, does any one else find it interesting that it addressed issues that poped up on this website specifically, and centered around "JUST SEND A CHECK" philosophy.

Also a nice touch with putting your name on other websites now, flounting how awesome the company is and all, I am just happy that when searched that this is the first thing that is seen, maybe you should put some more into your marketing to get your website higher on results lists (just saying)

Also, most of the information that I have provided on here can be found with just a little digging.

If you don't trust me thats fine, just do some research, thats all that I ask.

If you want to verify what I have said about the website setup then you can go to whois.com and search the name and then click who is and verify what I have said about the website in the very least the rest I can not provide proof of with out exposing myself or the company that I work for.

But if you gamble and take a chance and send the money anyways then I wish the best to you, but dont say that you werent warned.

All anyone needs to do is go to Mason's website. It has some real eye opening stuff, especially under the "faq" tab. You woint feel the same about anything you see online after their website educates you a bit. Im amazed at how straight up and bold they are. Its good to see that. My experience with them in the post below was years ago. I really like the direction theyre going. Their site is masongraceenterprisescom

#16 UPDATE Employee

Im from Mason Grace

AUTHOR: Richard - ()

POSTED: Sunday, June 22, 2014

Has everyone here been to Mason's website? I think you all should visit masongraceenterprises.com. I work for Mason Grace in email customer service and want to help get you guys cleared up on certain matters. Most important, Mason Grace IS accessible, and will answer any and all of your questions, which you can ask through the contact form on the website.

Mason Grace has absolutely NO connection to any other company, whether current or past, in this industry and we have always been located in New York. Just because Coke is a similar product to Pepsi does not make them the same company. Its the same here. There have been a lot of untrustworthy companies selling products in our industry, but simply put, we have nothing to do with them and have a perfect record.

It is always very important when determining whether to get involved with a company that you trust only real reviews. The problem with sites like this one is many people with no firsthand experience, no justifiable position, posts false info that misleads consumers that would have otherwise benefitted from particpating.

To summarize, just like if you were buying a car, always take the recommendation of someone who owns it, not someone who only saw it for one minute while sitting in a showroom.

I invite all of you to visit the website. Once again, instead of reading baseless posts, as are found here, why not just ask us some questions? Click "contact" when you get to our homepage. Thanks everyone

Richard

You all should visit their website www.masongraceenterprises.com Check out the faq's section if you want the truth about sites like this and others. Ive said it before and will say it again. Mason is totally honest. Look below to my other post and see the history I have with them. I agree with the other poster named Jack. Any of you notice all the negatives are only from people who never bought anything from them? So how the heck can you make a judgment?! If youve used Mason then you can rate them, but if not, get a life

Called number for verification

AUTHOR: Jett - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 19, 2014

I received the letter just today and it is very offering.  The company apparently is paying persons at home to put the advertisement letters in envelopes and is asking for upfront money of serious interest because they will be paying for all processing, shipping of material to the contract employee, and return mailing of the prepared material.  I called the given number and the recorded person addressed the concerns expressed of this being a non legitimate business.  This is taking a leap of faith to see if the material does arrive.  A money back guarantee is provided if after getting the material, the person does not wish to do the work.  The original letter offers return of your money after so many paychecks as this must insure them you are a serious contracted employee.  This is what I gathered from the letter, consumer comments, and phone call.

Shut up if you haven't used it!

AUTHOR: Jack Edelson - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 18, 2014

Do you notice the only negative comments are from people who haven't used Mason's program? Find something else to do with your time than bash an innocent company. I use the program and I love it. I have more free time than I need doing this and the money Im making is a godsend right now. Its a real company with a real office. Their phone number is 844-404-2020. Some of you people are being ridiculous. If you havent used or experienced a product you should not be passing judgment on it. i would recommend Mason to everyone. It has certainly lived up to its potential and I plan to continue with it

Ripp Off Indeed

AUTHOR: Rabbi - ()

POSTED: Monday, June 16, 2014

Finally, getting reviews and answers from a bogus company called Mason Grace Enterprises. Got a mysterious letter last week from 100 Church St. 8th Floor. Manhattan, NY 10007 as it was sent by the vendor. Out of curiosity I opened it and read the contents. Wow! Could this be true, stuffing envelpoes at $10.00 for each one stuffed, sooooo I read on and then it hit me. They wanted monies from me to get started, $99.00 and up depending on the income group you choose $490 thru $5000 dollars a week, only trouble was that your fee was to be sent in first by money order, check or CASH before you'd receive you package, because as they mentioned THEY are taking a risk, if you should welch on the deal and not send out the stuffed letters. B.S. The way the economy is right now, people would take advantage of this kind of opportunity in a heartbeat if giving the choice of stuffing with no up front cost. What company would secretly withhold any contact info, when it comes down to asking for monies? Other than having the sender send monies to a address and CASH is one option,.....I smell a SCAM and I plan to send back my application form with the word SCAM printed all over it. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!! IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. IT PROBABLY ISN'T.

Requesting further information

AUTHOR: Nickie Campbell - ()

POSTED: Saturday, June 14, 2014

I received a mailer from Mason Grace Enterprises with the offer of working from home stuffing envelopes.  If this a legitimate deal, it would be a great opportunity.  I have searched extensively online to verify the validity of this organization, subsidiaries, or a parent company.  I have not been able to find a thing.

Since a couple of people have posted, vouching for this organization and personal success with them, I would ask that one of them provide any information they have (website, business contact name, phone, etc.), that one could use to make contact and substantiate the legitimacy of this offer.

Thank you

Once again to alleviate concerns

AUTHOR: Tierdofthescams - ()

POSTED: Friday, June 13, 2014

I've seen as couple of posts arguing about how this entity "has many phone numbers" but I've yet to see any post listing a single one, nor a web page.

Also, I didn't, "just google search" the company I work for has background check software that you may have heard of "Lexis Nexis" which is used also by attorneys and has access to every law filing ever made, and it also has no record of such an entity.

Thank You for your time!:)

Mason Grace gets an "A+" rating from me

AUTHOR: Clark Feener - ()

POSTED: Friday, June 13, 2014

Ive been a member of Mason Grace for some time, and have always found them to be accessible, honest, friendly and helpful. The money is good and I get to do the program from home which is a true blessing. They do have phone numbers and a website for members. Youre also wrong about the IRS. Where do you come up with such crap? They sent me a 1099 form, so obviously they are properly registered. You cannot issue 1099's if you aren't. I'm sorry but I think your post is defamatory, unfair and outrageous. When you post junk like this without any basis, as you admit, you only hurt a person like me who's doing well with it. Im guessing you must be a secret competitor to Mason to write something so baseless and slanderous. Shame on you

Way off base

AUTHOR: Mark Weller - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 12, 2014

I used to supply business and IT services to Mason Grace in NY years ago. I know them to be an upstanding, honest firm. Your post is way out of line. Lets look at what you said:

1. No website? - Wrong, they DO have a website that I serviced myself. Its a portal for their active members and very advanced. Dont determine everything by a Google search

2. They have MULTIPLE phone numbers and customer service reps. We serviced their communications systems for a few years

3. Mason is absolutely registered in NY. In order to work with them, we needed their state sales certificate and certificates of incorporation, which they actually have in multiple states. Again you're wrong

4. Taxes? This is where youre obviously not very knowledgeable on business matters. What exactly has you think Mason isnt a subdivision of a larger company? Doesnt it make sense to you that theyd be paying taxes under the parent company's name?

You need to stop making assumptions. This is why I detest the internet. Every uninformed consumer thinks they have the answers. Clearly you do not

You shouldnt be bashing a good company like MG when you have no first hand knowledge of them

Hope this helps

POSTED: Thursday, June 12, 2014

Your blabbering shows you have no business making any posts on here. You have zero knowledge of this company but claim theyre a scam? Why dont you just shut your mouth before you ruin it for Mason customers like me who are actually doing well with it. Cant stand people who have nothing better to do with their lives than talk worthless BS about things they know nothing about. Mason is a great company, theyve helped myself and others pay bills, so until you have actual experience with them, keep quiet

To rebut comments made to my original post

AUTHOR: Tierdofthescams - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 12, 2014

I have seen the rebutals that you have posted and i understand your concerns, to my research, I only provided the information that I could gather through public record and contacting individuals based onthe limited amount of information available from and about the company.

If you have a contact number that you received with your package could I have it, so that I may contact them, and if I have wronged them, then I will even pay the $2,000 abitration fee to set the record straight, Thank You

also a few things that may be recommended to the holders of the company to attract more business and also eliminate issues such as these alleged mis communications

  1.  A website that would allow an individual to see what kind of company they are and even success stories of individuals that have used their system in the past.
  2. A phone number on their mailings for any billing questions and also for individuals that do not use checks and would like to pay by Credit card over the phone.
  3. To register this individual with any of the state entities necissary to conduct business in the US, as I search the Secretary of State for the New York tri state area and there is no listing fo rthem to conduct business in any state
  4. Contact the IRS and inform them of the fact that they exist and are a taxable entity as they have no tax record current or past.

I hope that this alleviates any concerns, and if any one has contact information from this entity, I'd like to have it so that I can set the record correct.

I am a big person and can admit when I am wrong, I just dont think that I am, and until I have ANY convincing evidence then I will maintain and will not be sending a check to these individuals.

Mason Grace is 100% real

AUTHOR: Elle - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, June 10, 2014

Why the heck are you calling their landlord? And why would you make the post above if you have no experience with the company? Thats pretty pathetic. I can tell you that Im a Mason customer who is doing quite well with them, AND, I have been to their offices in NY which are VERY impressive. Mason is a REAL company in a REAL office. If you had bothered to research properly, you would see that they are in a real, physical office in the Regus office complex, NOT a virtual office as you incorrectly state. Virtual offices are available in almost ANY office building. It doesnt mean there arent actual offices being used there. I was there and saw Mason's office for myself. The building and offices are real, and marvelous. They also provide a phone number to all customers, unlike what you state. I received it with my package. You should not be bothering Regus Properties as you say you did. Thats ridiculous. Regus is just their landlord and has nothing to do with them.

Of course it is a scam!

AUTHOR: Giselle - ()

POSTED: Monday, June 09, 2014

The idea that someone could sit on their backside and make good money stuffing envelopes is INSANE!  Yet, people keep falling for the envelope stuffing scam over and over again.

Had you sent in $, that probably would hve been the last you would have ever heard from them again.  Either that, or you would have gotten requests to pay more money for more supplies or just received a booklet in the mail, detailing even more 'work at opportunities'.

NO ONE earns any real money stuffing envelopes. If it was possible, we would  all quit our jobs and sit in front of the tv doing so. The reality is, if a company really has a need to have a gazillion envelopes stuffed, they would do one of two things:

1. They would buy an envelope stuffing machine that spits out hundreds per minute

or,

2. They would hire some temps locally and pay them minimum wage to sit in an office and perform this task all day.

THINK ABOUT IT!
