  Matt Rex was referred by a friend of my mothers so she thought he was legit---she is 90 years old and wanted a new patio poured----Matt told her he would do it for 3000.00 but needed half down.  she signed a contract with him and he never once came back or called her---we have called over and over and he will not pay----I see from the internet that he is still doing this to other people-..

  We have contacted Problem Solvers and the DA of both Kansas and Missouri---Nothing gets done and he is still out ripping people off---My Mother was taken advantage of because of her age and I will not let this go---he is a con man and needs to be stopped.
