Gary, Brandon, Greg & Matt Rexroad RB&G Construction Madoff schemers! Beware!! Las Vegas, Nevada

Scott, you are seeing the rexroad's as they want you to see them. They are nice as can be as they are fraudulently taking money from you. I know.... I loved being around Gary and the biz for a long time. Fun to work with. Easy going, for the most part. Nice guys, etc, etc UNTIL you find what they've been doing behind your back. Can you just imagine going along handling your business as usual, assuming you can trust your partners to do the right/correct thing and then one day someone steps into your office and says "you are being F'd over by your partners and I can show you proof". And then actually SEEING the proof? Your heart stops and your stomach gets sick. Proof Scott. Not allegations, but fraudulent signatures. Lies in writing. Proof!  And you want to say that this all occurred because of the fall in the economy? LOL. Well, that was one of Madhoff's problems as well. As long as the economy was flying high, he was able to move money from one account to another account fast enough so that no one knew what he was doing. You are right. Had the economy continued on, Gary would have been able to move money from another project fast enough to replace what he had wrongfully taken from my projects/our projects and the worst that would have happened is that we would have been behind schedule. But that isn't what happened and THAT IS STILL A PONZI SCHEME AND IT IS STILL FRAUD AND IT IS STILL ILLEGAL! When you go into business with someone you have the right to assume your partners will behave in an ethical fashion with you. That wasn't the case here.



And let me correct your assumption that I'm obsessed with them. That is completely inaccurate. I rarely, if ever, think of them. Maybe in the first year after I walked out, but that was years ago. The only time they get brought up anymore is when we talk about crooks, slimeballs etc. The only reason I put them on this site is because someone brought an earlier submission about the rexroad's to my attention. If I was really obsessed with all of this I would be sitting in front of an FBI agent right now showing him everything I have. But why go down that road? It would just make me angry all over again, and I just don't want all that negativity in my life. Besides, the Universe has a way of evening things out in the long run.



And you think I owe the boys an apology? Why? They were all in it together. It wasn't just Gary. Now, I will give you this. Greg appears to have a heart as well as a conscience and in my opinion the crooked methods of his family really troubled him and for that I feel sorry. But that's it.



I know you are long time friends with them all. Sadly, that doesn't say much for you though Scott.

I will start with you because from what I know and that is limited but your issue is with Gary not his sons. You go out and attack them on this website which is pretty shady I must say, even for you. You owe all of the Rexroads an apology for all the things you have said. You and I both know that they have gone above and beyond to help out your son when he was in trouble. The relationship your son and Gary's son had dates back decades and over those decades they have been thick as thieves together. You need to channel your anger in a different way that is more productive to the business you have now and stop worrying about the business you had or thought you had before. Gary in my mind did not go out with the intension to screw anyone over it just happen on the down turn of the economy. That is life sometimes. When you start getting into the part about not being a drug dealer that is true I believe but we both know your son sure was and his record will speak to that. Last time I looked he was the President of the growing business and from what I know you have always known of his line of work. My opinion only when I say let this go and continue to grow your business (no pun intended). Furthermore you should find it in your heart to issue an apology on this forum to Gary's sons who you trash and end that chapter. Gary and Brandon have always helped Mike out and with Mike and Brandon like two bandits in the night knocking off a train together they have let their past go. You should do the same. We can all say someone got over on us at one time or another and I think Brando and Mikey both got over on me but I hold no ill will towards either of them. They have different business practices that has made both of them extremely intelligent and successful. You're a decent lady that might be more fixated on the Rexroads than mad at them and thats no way to be. Wish you and your son the very best and I also wish Gary and his sons the very best. Well Mr Schekler, if you really were any kind of an investigator (which I highly doubt you exist OR are an investigator) it isn't difficult to get a glimpse of the proof. Should you want hard evidence, just contact us. Our attorney has the enormous file of original documents and I have the copies, of all the fraudulent activities that caused more than one project to go back to the bank.The FBI enjoyed the info too but were so busy with all the loan fraud investigations in Vegas at that time, they didn't have the man power to handle it. Actually they told us to bring it all back to them when the loan fraud turmoil had slowed down a bit..... the Statue of Limitations is still not up, so tell your "clients" they are still not out of the woods yet. It has been the good fortune of the Rexroads that we just haven't wanted to deal with even more negativity from them. Now if you would like, we can post some of the documents online, thus you could peruse some of the proof yourself, along with the rest of the world. If you would like, we can do so right here on these pages, or maybe, better yet, just set up an entire website just for that purpose. Just say the word.

Regarding Judie Collins being in, what did you say, questionable drug activities.... I suppose some people do equate owning a retail gardening supply company with drugs, but that's a pretty big stretch and the last time we checked a retail store is 100% legal, so careful with baseless accusations. You wouldn't want that great "investigator" business of yours to get a bad reputation for spewing false information, now would you?

Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Ted Sheckler.  I do investigations into allegedly slanderous and defamatory statements posted on the internet.  

My team and I have performed extensive research into the claims made by Judie Collins about the Rexroads. Our research reveals that Judie Collins may be the real culprit in this matter.  Despite her aggressive allegations, it appears that Ms. Collins is far from the innocent victim that she portrays in her postings. Several years ago, Ms. Collins and her ex-husband attempted to extort the Rexroads for millions of dollars. Their plan was ill-founded and failed.  Now, Ms. Collins is trying to slander the Rexroad name.  

Also, after further investigation, we discovered that Judie Collins is involved in various questionable drug-related businesses, which are currently being investigated by the DEA and local law enforcement.

Our conclusion is that the author of this report, Judie Collins, may be the ripoff, not the Rexroads.  Her allegations are seriously misguided and lack merit.  We will forward our findings to the Orange County District Attorney's office where there is a pending case against Ms. Collins. 

All you  have to do is to go check out the NV Secretary of State to see the entities where my name is in conjunction with the Rexroad name to see the partnershipS formed. I find it hilarious to see your defense of the Rexroad name. Believe me, anyone who knows you, knows you are scam artists pros. I'm hardly the only one ripped off by your band of thieves.

So the REBUTTAL to the complaint was written by one of the culprits, Brandon Rexroad. Well Brandon, any time you would like to see the stacks of evidence of forgery, fraudulent bank papers, etc, just give me a call. I will be happy to share. As a matter of fact, I have some federal officials reviewing it right now, because they aren't as busy as they were 3 years ago..... and there's no statute of limitations on fraud...... so you may get to see the papers sooner than you think!

The author of this is a complete joke! He or she clearly knows none of the Rexroad's business practices. Putting us in a class with madoff is silly. Had this person been any such partner with any Rexroad or Rexroad company they would have correct info not this jibberish they are spewing. Get your facts together before you post this negative hate online. Why don't you post your name instead of your phony title as ex partner.
