Arti, a nice sounding female, called my business saying she wanted to 'complete my account.' Her phone number was unknown on my caller i.d. She said she was updating our listing in the American Business Guide by Mayrand Publishers.
I asked her if we she was making a sales call. She said no she was calling to update our account.
I asked if we had a contract or agreement with them because I did not know the name she was telling me. She said no - calling to update...listing in the white pages.
Bell South? No American Business Directory.
Arti would not or could not tell me that she was calling to sell me anything. She refered me to a supervisor named Mrs. (Canvil) Quenneville.
Mrs. Quenneville said she would look into my complaint and call me back. No response yet.

I used to work for this company and they are a total scams. They all live in Montreal Canada and here is their adress. It was established in 2001. They claim to be in the United States and they are not. They are also to telecom scams now.
