Mbf Leasing Northern Leasing harrasing phone calls withdraw money from my account without premission New York New York

I was sold the credit card machine as others tricked into signing a contract the machine never worked i was told by mbf sorry you signed a contract i closed the bank account and then the harrasing phone calls started i finally agreed to a one time phone payment and start making my payments to save my credit now they are taking money out of my personal account anytime they want with out my premission then i recieve a letter from them stating mbf has released me from my obligation on the lease dated 08/18 on the 29th they took more money i try to call them but they say no you should have not recieved that letter and transfer to someone who will not answer or return the call im going to see a lawyer i think mbf has screwed up and i have a letter saying i dont owe them i have put a stop on my bank account i know they will be calling every thing i read this is legal but there has to be something we can do about it
