MBF Leasing - Northern Leasing Systems - Bonita Burton - Golden Eagel Equipment Leasing Thieving, habitual practice, wrongful, holdup, muggers, dangerous. Danger Danger ripoff New York, New York

I used Merchant Services in Chicago, and they sent me to MBF Leasing to lease a Credit Card Verifone. They said I needed to do that to get my Business on the right tract. So I did.

MBF Leasing charged me $24.95 + tax for 48 months. (the tax was $6.45 on $24.95. Thats high tax, but I degress). For the last 2 years they took out $31.40 out of my Account. No problems, as thats what I agreed to. Then came the Letter from Northern Leasing System stateing that they had my Account Number and they were taking out $40.39 for property taxes. I thought Who in the hell are these people and who gave them my Bank Account number.

I called Merchants Service and Claudia said, I have no idea who Northern Leasing Systems are. Call MBF Leasing and maybe they know whats up. So I did.

MBF Leasing Customer Service didn't know anything about Northern Leasing System. They didn't know anything about it. Checked out their computer and found nothing on it.
So, I got nowhere. But I sure wasen't going to let anybody that I didn't approve to take anything out of my Bank Account. So, I closed my Account as that was the only way to stop them for sure.

After closing the account, I called Merchant Service and told them, and they said I did the right thing and they were OK with that as they also got $6.00 every month for their services. They were good about it. Then I called MBF Leasing, and "All Hell Broke Loose".

Finally a man from MBF called and said Northern Leasing System was the same as MBF. I said, there is nothing on my Lease that say's that and your Customer Service has never heard of Northern Leasing System. So, we went back and forth, and I said, I closed my account because I didn't know who Northern Leasing was and I only gave my account number to MBF.

Oh MY! They sent me a letter saying I owe them. I say that they gave my bank account number to someone I don't know and I feel that they broke the lease.

Now I have Bonita Buton from the Legal Eagle Dept. She has harrassed me and she threatened me. " We're gonna get ya whatever we have to do to you". I thought she might break my thumbs. Well I haven't gotten a summons yet, but I'm ready with all the info for court.

I sent back the Verifone. I sent it back with a Delivery Confirmation Receipt. They said they didn't get it.
Stay away from these people. Dangerous. Danger Danger Danger
