  • MBM & F ACAIASLIM P.O. Box 2003 Riverton,, Utah U.S.A.

MBM & F ACAIASLIM I purchased a free trail offer of diet pills only to discover that they have now shipped 2 orders at a charge of 84.95 each to my credit card. They also sold my credit info to a company for another 19.95 charge per month for FitFactory. This is a TOTAL SCAM AND RIP-OFF. They denied that when I called to cancel and asked for a refund. they indicated they would give me one refune but not both! Riverton, Utah

I ordered a trial bottle of this company's product Acaiaslim for myself. Nowhere in there info did it state that they would send additional bottles and be charging me a for this at 84.95 per shipment. I called to cancel and it never went thru. Then a second package arrived on 12/30/08 in the mail. I immediately checked my bank statement and they had charged me 84.95. They also sold my name and credit info to another company, FIT FACTORY. That resulted in a charge of 19.95. I told them I did not order this and would not pay and to not ever charge my credit card. This too never got thru to them!!! I called to cancel and ask for a refund. I was told I should have "read the fine print" and that I was out of luck. They would refund one charge only but not both. They shipped an order 12/10 and then again on 12/29. This is not even 30 days according to my counting! I asked for the owners name and phone number. The customer service rep said she did not know that and this was only a call center. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for several minutes I spoke to a woman named Alicia who was rude and would not honor my request yet again for a full refund. She argued with me and I told her this was a scam and I am reporting this company to our Attorney General for the state of Illinois. Over and over all she would say was "you should have read the fine print and this was my fault".
All I want is my money back and their product is a scam and it does not work. I also cannot believe that when you call in good faith to seek a refund they will not give it. Any reputable company would refund the persons money. This is NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Please help and let others know what they are up against if they order a "free trail" of this product. I will never fall into this trap ever again! Also, I did not appreciate being made to feel as if I were stupid. I have a college degree and they suck! Again, because this is a scam, this is the tactic they use over and over on innocent victims like myself and thousands of others who fell into their money rip-off trap!
