I ordered a trial sample of acaia-slim diet pills. I was instructed to give the usual information-name, address, credit card#. When I clicked on 'submit order' it indicated that my credit card would be charged $4.99 to cover the shipping & handling. There was not any information on the website about how to order more if needed, a phone number of the company or how to contact the company.
A couple of weeks later I was charged another $79.95 and haven't received anything in addition. I have tried to contact the company but just receive a 'busy' signal or a message saying all lines are in use to try and call back later.
I am going to file a dispute with the credit company and/or have my account canceled. This is absolutely ridiculous, no where did it say that I would be automatically charged for anything. I encourage all of you to contact the BBB in regards to this company.
