McMahon RV owes me a balance from sale, installed def battery instead of new one, hasn't paid CA DMV for RV-I have no registration, pink slip, or plates for RV. Won't return calls either from finance or service. Irvine, California

bought new 2011 RV on 1\12\2012. Owed a balance of $62.12. Also found they swapped my new RV coach battery with a used and defective battery so nothing works in the coach w\o starting the truck first. Left messages for Ron Haigler and owner Brent McMahon and mechainc Joe Gonzales-no calls returned. McMahon has also failed to pay the CA DMV as I still have no registration, pink slip or license plates for the RV. I have also filed a small claims in court against McMahon RV. Waiting for a court date now to determine the judgement against them. If the judgement to me is not sufficient I will obtain a lawyer after the small claims court date and sue them for fraud and misrepresentation. At that time I will also include Mike Thomas the salesman in the lawsuit. This company needs to be taught a lesson-a very expensive one.
