Warning anyone who wants a computer from MDG do not go there they will rip you off they say and print out when your contract is done, then they say you missed payments and in which you show them proof that you did not and they keep adding payments on in which in return when you think your contract with them is done they come back and say you still owe them $400 dollars. They are scammers and nedd to be investigated.

Nothing but excellent customer service

There are SOOOO many satisfied customers of MDG. Sometimes you get the rare upset customers, but so does any multi-million dollar company. How many times have your friends complained about Rogers or Bell or other Call Centre businesses. If you want to read reviews to determien whether or not you should buy from MDG then you should read both the good and the bad. But Ripoff report only displays the bad. Thats why its called Ripoff report... if people don't think its a ripoff they wont post here. Check out http://www.mdgreviews.com/ or http://homestars.com/companies/2785076-mdg-computers

I have had nothing but excelletn customer service and a happy relationship with MDG. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Your dealing with a legitimate finance company...

They deal directly with your bank. If your bank came back to them and said your March 31st payment returned, then your MDG statement would show that too. You bank statment and you MDG state should match, beucase thats where any financial institution gets their information from.

And the longer you leave those missed payments on the account the more interest willa ccumulate, which woudl explain why your contract with them isn't over. Beucase the only reaons they would still be charging you is if you have defaulted on your payments. Your balance doesnt decrease when you don't make payments. The contracts they have tell you how many payments you need to make and it clearly states equal monthly  payments on the date due. Otherwise you miss a payment, the balance doesnt decrease, and then interest is appleid to a balance that is higher than what it should be.  The more payments you miss, the hiher your balance gets. Its simple math.

I would suggest you speak to a representative politely and listen to what they have to say to sort it out. Provide them the proof, and they will provide you proof. Then discuss which makes sense. But not paying it beucase you think you shouldn't, isn't how you deal with a finance company. Because the only person in the wrong is you. You sined a legal contract.

Your dealing with a legitimate finance company, and you risk legal or suffering credit score until its paid, so the sooner you can work it out the better.

Good luck!
