Anyone thinking of doing business with any one of these companies needs to beware of their track record. They offer credit card service and the leasing of credit card machines.

Often, they lie to consumers and tell them the lease can be cancelled at anytime. Which is simply not true. When the consumer calls to cancel, they ignor the call. Hence, 20 complaints in less that two years on BBB.org. How in the world can the Better Business Bureau rate Merchant Cooperative an "A"+ ? When other companies with less complaints or even no complaints are rated lower. Seems as if The Better Business Bureau is possibly playing favorites.

No where on the Better Business website will you find any information about the law suits filed against any of these companies. However, simply "GOOGLE" Merchant Cooperative Lawsuits and start reading about them.

If any company or person has been scammed by any of these three companies, we recommend send all complaints to both The Attorney General of South Carolina and HSBC Bank Buffalo New York.

Evo provides good, honest service

AUTHOR: Stephen Newdell - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, October 07, 2010

My experience with Evo with comparison to other merchant services firms shows me that Evo is a good firm that treats hard working sales people well.

It may be that the independently owned office in Charlotte, North Carolina is not a good one, but that hardly should reflect upon the entire company.

Not one of the people writing reports speaks or writes proper English and not a one of them offered any supporting documentary evidence. It appears to me that all of the reports are written by the same person who probably didnt sell as much as he had hoped to and now, rather than blaming himself, wants to blame Evo.

In one case a woman said she leased a machine. Evo doesnt lease machines. Some one is playing games here. Apparently nearly all of these reports come from North and South Carolina. Hummmm???

The salesperson is an independent agent and an independent businessman. None of us are guaranteed any absolute income, nor are we required to work on a schedule, nor do we have a sales quota to meet.

Anyone who has made a living in sales knows its an emotionally trying game. Prospective customers/clients seldom want to listen and analyze carefully. They seem determined to interrupt and object before they have heard a presentation, and generally do their best to make the presentation longer and more difficult than necessary. Their objections often are based upon emotion instead of cold logical numbers. Consequently, salespeople take an emotional beating and work hard sometimes to get nothing but grief.

Evo offers a good service. Evo pays sales people a decent commission for their work and personal investment of time and effort. Evo let me know from the first interview that I would work hard to get started but after some time I would gain more happy customers and word would get around that doing business with me was worthwhile, and consequently my work would become a bit easier and my pay would improve.

It appears to me that this report you are reading is the only one written properly. If I were a merchant I wouldnt place any credence in any of the previous tumult. Buy the services of Evo with confidence. Theyll treat you well and offer you better services at lower prices than your local bank ever will.
