Greenville South Carolina / Recently, a group of Merchant Cooperative x-sales reps & agents have sued for non payment of residual income. It appears the lawsuit is rapidly turning into a class action as numerous x-employees and sales people jump on board after reading about it in The Green Sheet. The Green Sheet is a merchant service industry online publication. It seems that the publication's MLS Forum is read by thousands of merchant service sales people, agents ans ISOs. That is how this lawsuit appears to be gaining momentum so fast.
Merchant Cooperative is a South Carolina based merchant service provider located to Goose Creek. It will be interesting to see the out come of this lawsuit. About ten x-Merchant Cooperative sales people have joined in to add their names to the lawsuit.

This report or opinion is totally false and almost laughable. .
Merchant Cooperative is a reputable South Carolina based corporation, that has been in business for years with thousands of happy customers .
We at the Merchant Cooperative know all these reports are fake and or false due to the fact that NONE of these reports ever give a name or phone # to reply to .

Hello. I have all the information you seek on the current lawsuit. Matter of fact there are two more lawsuits against them right now. That is 3 total. 1 in Berkely county, one in Charleston, and one in Greenville County. These are all in South Carolina. Since I am in one of these lawsuits, I will not defame this group, I will simply tell the facts of the case.
