I built Michael Palazzo's website. After many months he finally paid. After of course I had to turn off the website. I continued to do other work for him but again it took months for him to pay.
I sent him an invoice back in Oct. 08 and that invoice was updated for additional work in Jan 09 to the tune of 700.00 . Michael told me repeatly that the check was in the mail, that he handed to the postman himself, that it was in the outbox for mail. The only thing he did not tell me was that he gave it to his dog to hand deliver it to me. And of course I have never gotten paid and he has no intentions of paying. What he has done is got another development firm to do his updates and soon they will be at this site doing the same thing I am doing.
After speaking to a couple of other folks who worked for him and were once listed on his Staff pages at http://www.michaelpalazzo.net/services.cfm, they confirmed to me that they were duped from this dead beat also. I tracked down these individuals and one that I spoke of today wants his bio off the website.
So I warn everyone to stay away from this dead beat. I am currently getting reports like this together as well as other information from former staff and a former lawsuit againest him and gathering this information for a pending lawsuit.
Michael Palazzo does not give out his physical address and only uses a PO Box. Right there should be a clue to anyone to not get involved in his scams.
If anyone wants to get in touch with me for more information I would be glad to speak with you. I would also like to have anyone in the Raleigh, NC area to be a witness to this jerks credibility when I do go to court so if you would contact me so we can possibly help each other. So Michael Palazzo declared bankruptcy protection from the Florida courts. I got a letter in the mail today 4/10/2010, stating that he missed he first payment to the court and did not even bother to show up. Typical for this jerk. So the Florida court system has canceled his bankruptcy and of course he is on the lam from everyone.
But here is his latest website and phone number, press 2 and it goes to his mobile:

Michael Palazzo formerly known as Michael Pallazzo Productions is now scamming folks using a newly formed company, Palazzo Media Group, LLC. based in Raleigh North Carolina. He is being sued in North Carolina under the old company name and now he is at it again.
