Michael Palazzo Productions, its owner and any other related companies (ie: MP Productions) is a company to stay away from.
This individual is attempting to begin a company with no true history, copywright infringment lawsuits, long running history of non-payment for work provided by employees-irregardless of contract liability, non-reimbursement of expenses incurred on his behalf, double charging of customer accounts, and a nack for quoting all the leadership/self-help books without walking the walk.
He prays on people looking and needing employment and compensation for that employment, berates and verbally abuses employees, lies and scams his way through daily life.
He claims to be a man of faith and scams people whenever possible. He is publically abusive to subordinates and a complete manic liar.
He needs to be shut down so that he cannot prey further on individuals in need of employment. He has absolutely NO working capital and plans on running his company with false margins and paying people if/when revenue does come in just like a pyramid scam.

Michael Palazzo formerly known as Michael Pallazzo Productions is now scamming folks using a newly formed company, Palazzo Media Group, LLC. based in Raleigh North Carolina. He is being sued in North Carolina under the old company name and now he is at it again.

This man owes me money too!
Do not trust him, just don't get into business with him...there is no point. All you will do is spend hours chasing him down to pay you what he owes you. He is dishonest and has no problem getting people to do work for him under contract and still not paying.
Bottom line...just stay away!
