These rats. I bought a dell computer on December 18, 2002. Although I don't specifically remember recieving a free 6 month MSN online dialup service (Microsoft online servi bill.ms.net WA)with my computer purchase, I sure as #$@! didn't know that this service would automatically begin charging me 21.95/month for this service, and I sure as %$#@! never gave anyone authorization to use my credit card # to do this.

I finally was able to contact MSN Billing support today. They acknowledged that I never accessed my account, and that I'd been screwed. BUT, even though MSN pocketed the money, they will not offer me a refund!! They gave me a billing investigations fax #... Rats.
