Microsoft XBOX 360 Repair Center stole my sons hard drive Internet

I sent my sons xbox 360 in for serivce due to it having 3 red rings. i did not know at the time that you are not suposed to include the hard drive so i sent the console with the hard drive attached.

Upon returning home from ups i recieved an email from xbox with instructions to not include the hard drive. i call xbox that second and explained what had happened. i was told not to worry that when they get the package at the repair center thay will remove the hard drive and send it back right away and that when the console repair was finnished the console would be sent back seperatly at that time.

after a few weeks we got a package from xbox and it was the console. the hard drive was not attached any more.

i called xbox that second and they informed me that they have no record of ever recieving the hard drive at the service center and that there was nothing they could do.

i gave them the reference number i had been given by the guy that told me everything would be ok and they would send the hd back. they then agreed to open an investigation to find my sons hard drive.

it is mow well a month later and two dozen phone calls to and from xbox later. thay have opened many claims all with the same final result... "we have no record of ever recieving a hard drive with that console in the repair center... i'm sorry but there is nothing we can do to help you.

microsoft is such a huge corp. i cant believe they are such liars and cheats!!!!

they stole my sons hard drive and the sad part is that it is only a 20 gig. i just dont get it.

i have seen many many many compliants here about similar issues with microsoft and like most others would love to join a class action suit against them if for nothing else just to prove the point that they cant just screw people over like this.
