Back in Janurary my teenage son called for information on how to repair a headset that did not work. He was told the first time the company would send us a shipping label, second time we were given an address where to send it. When I went to print out the shipping label from the postal service the address came up as not a good address. So when I called myself the company said they do not give out the address and we should recieve our shipping label in a few days.

So today I call again and was told no way do we send shipping labels out you must send it to us. When I aks for a better address I was told by the company post office does not know what they are doing. My kids have stood by this shady company who is not very people freindly and I believe they do not stand behind thier products and should be force to do a recall and replace items for free from the stores where they were bought. So the store don't lose bussiness and consumer are just mad they can be and we have no outlet on this matter only to be ripoff left and right by Microsoft products.

Back when I first bought an XBOX 360 I got the "3 rings of death". I called up customer service and they were great with me. They informed me that within 5 business days I would have a box with instructions on how to return my XBOX 360. And sure enough 3 days later it came. the instructions were very clear and it was easy to send off. The only bad part was waiting for the 4-6 weeks for my brand new 360 to come to me. But it did! I thought that they were friendly, nice, and very helpful with me. It's too bad that you had that experience with them. I would try to talk with someone higher up then just the customer service reps. I have learned in my line of business that one must keep after them multiple times a day to speak to someone that knows what they are talking about. Just keep complaining to them and ask to speak to a manager or someone in charge and keep at them.
