I was charged A$39.00 for a service that I could of obtained direct from http://www.eta.immi.gov.au for $20 with instant result.
Before charging my credit card they stated that for this cost I would have instant approval.
I needed the ETA issued this fast as I applied on the morning of the day I was to travel. I gave them this information before I submitted the application.
Once charged I was sent an email and that redirected me back to the site and a message came up that I would have to wait up until 24 hours.
Now to ensure my travel I will have to go the Australian Government site where all ETA visas are approved instantaneously and pay for the service again for a charge of $20.

It took a while and a lot of phone calls but I was finally credited for the amount charged that I disputed with them. I am satisfied with this result. Thanks Ripoffreportcom! - Matthew

After sending an email informing of the complaints i made to this site I was called by a representative of Migration Expert. They agreed to refund my AUS $39.00 money as long as I updated my report here as such. Still waiting for the refund to show up in My New Zealand bank account....
