Mike J Anderson Mike J Anderson Scam about an unpaid payday loan...which I have never had! Internet

I found another report in here with the same exact email excepts different name and a different 'state attorney office'. My husband is law enforcement and said this is not a real arrest warrant and that they have to serve you with papers before they can issue a warrant. And that they can not email an arrest warrant! also I have never had a payday loan so when I asked him to send me written documentation where it had my signature and address etc he said he could not do that bc it was done online. So I asked him to verify my ssn bc I have gotten bills for another woman with my same name but from a different state and he hung up on me. I have called another number I found on another rip off report (a Mike J Anderson from the california state attorneys office) and it is the same guy..so BEWARE..this is a scam...I got the following email:
