I recieved an email yesterday stating:  THIS IS A SCAM TO GET MONEY FROM YOU!!!!

"This is to inform you that we have received, a PENDING law ACTION against your name and your Social Security Number.

The time is NOW; reason being it is a VERY SENSITIVE MATTER.
This is the last NOTIFICATION you will receive in regards to this. Pending DOCKET number is, 4100-2014.
In order to get additional information in regards to this matter you MUST call within 6 hours of receipt of this e-mail message. Should you ignore this communique, we WILL advice our CLIENT to PROCEED further with the LEGAL ACTION AGAINST you.

I called this man, it took me 9 times to get through bc all circuits were busy, you only get that if you are calling a forgien county, he answered hello instead States Attorneys Office.
I ask him questions who was this for he stated: United States Cas Advance Services, I have NEVER heard of them, so I stated Amscot?? He stated yes, I found out that he got my name and email adress for payday loans that I filled out online BUT NEVER accepted them.  When I statrted asking more questions he became angry with me started yelling and me and hung up on me. Please be aware of this scam. I also asked him what I could do and he stated to pay money. I refused of course.

Mike J. Anderson contacted on the internet with an an attached warrant for my arrest indicating that I have charges filed against me for fraud and theft by deception. I was receiving phone calls from this number and chose to ignore the calls as I do not have any outstanding loans and just recently had monies returned to me when a company contacted me previously to say I owed monies on a outstanding payday loan. The company scared me into paying over $700, I contacted the original loan vendor and the outstanding debt was $50 and I paid the debt and have the paid invoice. The company that used the scare tactics would not provide me with receipt nor would they provide me with any information about the outstanding loan other than the amount. I was able to dispute one of the transactions and it was reveresed as the company could not prove that the debt was valid. Since that time I started getting the phone calls and now this email today about an arrest warrant. Highland Falls NEW YORK

State Attorney's Office Mike J Anderson, Mike Anderson I received an email from the names above threatening me with an arrest warrant for a alleged loan from US Cash Advance that i had allegedly had borrowed on 08/26/11. I knew that this accusation was false. The email had posted a form stating Arrest Warrant. The email stated that my name and social security was sent to them as a means to try and get the money that i had borrowed. There has to be something some one can do to stop illegal harrassment such as this.This same name sent two different emails from two states. Manhattan, Los Angeles, New York, California

The email came with a j-peg attachment that read Warrent for your arrest has been authorized and if you do not respond within 48 hours, the action to seek your arrest will be initiated. For the charges below. Violation of National Banking laws, Check Fraud, intention to defraud a bank. They have also found a way to call my cell phone with threats to contact my employer and will not stop until I am arrested and place behind bars. Los Angeles California
