Mini Vacations Inc ripoff dishonest kept money and never issued travel voucher Tampa Florida

I received a free vacation voucher from a Timeshare presentation. It was with Mini VAcations. I contacted them and requested a cruise ... just the bare minimum of what was being offered as free.

I was told I had to pay port taxes of 543.00. I sent them a check. I was notified about 60 days later that I could not book the cruise and was offered a refund plus an additional vacation at no cost. I asked for the refund.

I never received the refund and kept calling to inquire about it. I was told every time, I should recieve within 30 days. I would wait and then call again and was told again there was some mix up and it was being processed again and to wait again 30 days.

I have never received a refund and cannot get ahold of anyone at the company anymore and heard they were out of business.
