Mini Vacations Mini Vacations, ripoffl scam once taxes are paid never refunded despite not complying with their end of the contract Tampa Florida

After claiming a certificate for a free caribbean cruise, Mini Vacations asked the taxes to be paid in advance. I sent the money, received the certificate and was told to call back after March (when the high season demand started).

I asked for the cost of the offer then and the figure given was much higher than the price I could get. I then asked for a refund and was told it would take a couple of weeks. A month later I follow up on my request for the reimbursement and again I was told it would take a couple of weeks.

After this second call in November 2005, I could not get in contact over the phone. In March I sent a certified letter, still no response. I then proceeded to report the case to the Criminal Investigation Service Center.
