Mini Vacations ripoff closed and I was not notified or refunded the port fees that I paid them in the amount of 571.88 for the Western Caribbean Curise Tampa Florida

Imagine the shock and horror, I went through when I recently learnt that Mini Vacations had closed and I was not notified or refunded the port fees that I paid them in the amount of 571.88 for the Western Caribbean Curise, that I never had the opportunity to take. My name is Roselyn Maria Kerr , on September 21st, 2005 a written letter was sent to Mini vacations through the Bahamas Govt Post Office along with the above mentioned monies for this so call cruise, but they we not able to accommodate me at that time for January 7th 2006. The processing department wrote me a letter on October 10th, 2005 in reference to current volatile situtations and giving several options, of different packages to choose from. I chose the option to leave the deposit and get a new date with the company. So i then spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jay in the cruise booking section who told me to contact the office in April of 2006 so I would have suffient time to book my dream cruise, for October 30 of 2006. After calling Mini cruise vacations and learning all numbers were disconnected was the greatest hurt of my life. Especially knowing that this company have my money and their doors closed February 2006 and not mentioning anything to hard working customs like myself. All iwould like right now is if they can kindly just refund the monies owed to me. I have a family to support and it was not eay coming up with that money. Please note that monies I sent to them was sent via the Bahamas Govt. Post Office if confirmation is needed

One again, I am highly upset, and the only thing I want right now is the monies that was paid to Mini Vacations for port charges to this company. I feel that Mini vactions should have sent me a written letter advising of the closure and thereafter sending the amount of $571.88 that was to paid them in cheque form. I would appreciate it if my money can be sent to me forth with at this time. Thanking you in advance.
