Let me start off by saying "how do you know if a product is defective if it hasnt been operated yet"? You cant is the answer to that simple question! Yet when u purchase a bike from minipocketrockets.com or accessories online inc. you cant return or exchange or refund a defective product! Claiming once gas is in bike it cant be reshipped! That should be posted in bold lettering on front of their website instead of in a half-a*s manual they give you after the purchase! Anyone else willing to start a class action lawsuit contact Sweet Smell of Success LLC and we will put these guys in their place for playing with our childrens emotions! My son's only Christmas gift this year is now ruined and wont be replaced due to their defectiveness & negligience to test all these bikes before they go out!

Sorry to hear about your issues. It appears that the company will furnish defective parts if notified. If there is a technical issue they have a lifetime tech TOLL FREE phone number to call. You do not specify what exactly is the problem but I bet you could get it resolved by Christmas if you try..Good Luck and Merry Christmas to you and your family.
