MiniPocketRockets.com Absolute Rip-off Temple City Internet

My husband and I decided to purchase a Cagllari Daytona Pocket Bike from the site on November 29th and saw that they had multiple testimonies so we figured it was a legitimate site. Our product was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of December but when I checked on the tracking site it said that the product had left Georgia on the 11th.

I than called the site and got in contact with a representative who was extremely rude. We ordered a mini bike in blue and they sent a dirt bike out in black! They said that they did it because the mini bike is on back order. I didnt understand why if its on back order do you still have it for a special low price on your website... When I asked this question the "customer service" rep interupted me and said what does it matter if its still for sale youre gettin a bike arent you?! So I told him that I wanted to cancel it and he said that I was being stupid and to go ahead because that would just mean that they were gonna make more money off of us! I asked to speak to the manager and he said that it wasnt possible so I asked him if I could speack to someone other then him because I couldnt deal with his rudeness any longer and he told me that it wasnt an option it was either him or noone!

Well we FINALLY recieved the bike on the 17th of December and its broken. The box is completely smashed in and partially opened. We looked in the box and the "mudflap" is completely broken off and we tried to search in the box and the piece isnt even in there so its almost like they just sent it out to us in that condition! Weve tried several times to contact them and it just keeps goin straight to a voicemail box that is full. Now I called back today on the 20th of December and they are conviently closed and they gave the regular business hours which is when weve been calling! I dont understand how they can get away with all of this and still call themself a business!
