I Ordered Blissful revitalizing moisturizing cream, for $4.95 introductory rate. Received it, billed for it, and paid for it. Product was like anything else. I didn't really notice a difference so I cancel my order. But I also got another one charged to my account. I called and asked for a refund. They told me to send product back first which I did. Then they told me they will send a check but never did. Finally I called again and they told me I had to check with my bank my bank. That they had to fix the problem. I asked My bank but cannot fix these problems. I called several times but I just get so mad I quit calling because I don't want to ruin my day. But enough is enough.! Checked company online, found advertising to be false, The product did not perform as advertised. I'm not really mad about that part of it, I'm so angry that they did not refund my money after I sent them back the product. So now I have no product and out an extra payment. So to me that's A loss of over $200.00. Called Mirra, they refused to give refund or let me talk to manager. They said they cancelled the account but not refund money charged. It is Impossible to work with this company and they keep giving me the runaround telling me the last thing I should do at this time is call the bank over and over again. Someone needs to do something about it to shut these people down because they are scammers.
