MIRRA LLC NSD fulfillment False advertising online, sending & billing for unordered items, ignoring written request to cancel account, charged account, refused to refund Stanton California

 Ordered Blissful revitalizing moisturizing cream, for $4.95 introductory rate in November 2016. Did not order eye cream but received it and was billed for it. Checked company online, found advertising to be false, saying product was endorsed by Kelly Ripa. The product did not perform as advertised. Called company to cancel charge for unwanted eye cream. Wrote company to cancel entire account because of fraudulent practices. Today received another order and billed credit card for $109.95. Called Mirra, they refused to give refund or let me talk to manager. They said they would cancel the account but not refund money charged. Called bank who resolved the refund. Impossible to work with this company and product doesn't work as advertised. Beware of this scam, check with your bank for other charges charged relating to cosmetics.
