Like many others I have noticed, this MKS Simple Escapes company somehow charged $135 to our bank acct without any permission from us. I have no idea how they got our debit information, but they did.
We contacted our bank about this and they gave us a number to contact the company. When we tried contacting them they told us we had authorized this on a 30 day trial period. The person there didn't really seem to know much and went on and on about nothing we were trying to find out.
Since it's the beginning of the month we have a rent check out, car note, gas, and other expenses that were being paid, but have not cleared. Now we could be charged several bank fees for NSF checks that were really not our fault.
I would really like some help getting our money back!!!
